Product shipped in perfect condition and extremely quickly
I came to KEH via several Reddit folks who swear by the company. You may add me to the list of fans. The process was easy, the rating and assessment of the product was MORE than fair, and the pricing beat the other sites I researched.
I purchased a used Nikon Speedlight SB-26 that was rated in EX condition. When it arrived, I noticed that there was moisture in the bag. When I removed the speedlight for inspection, I had a very hard time opening the battery door. When I finally opened it, there was corrosion on the battery door and in the battery chamber. This is not acceptable. I've already sent a request for an RMA and have had only a token response by automation. Really? Do better than that and maybe I'll remain a customer.
This is a company you can always count on to have what you need when you it.

Lens is great. Only thing I wish was different is that I didn't see anywhere that the lens cap is 3rd party instead of original Fuji.
I work in the purchasing department of a university and so I ordered these items on behalf of a faculty member at their request. The faculty member received the items quickly and the ordering experience was easy. I was asked to complete this form to confirm that the items had been received. I have confirmed with the faculty member that the items were received.
As I am not the end user of the items, I cannot speak to the quality and the faculty member is still setting up their photo lab. The faculty member was pleased to get their order.

The Nikon EM Grade EX+ KEH just sent me doesn't work. I've put fresh batteries in it and have even swapped battery carriers with the Nikon EM body I already have. That one works with either battery carrier but the one I just bought is dead.
I'm so relieved for a plain box. I was stalking security cameras to go grab it so porch pirates wouldn't see electronic related. My lens was packed very securely. And wow the lens looked brand spanking new!
I ordered a flash and initially they sent the incorrect one. I called customer service and they told me to keep the one I had and sent me the new one free of charge. Perfect customer service!
