"MapleMoon" reader lies about stuff then blocks people because she knows all her predictions have been false to not get a BAD rating. Wrong predictions on EVERYTHING. I asked Love Lake if a person I thought was cute was Interested in me. She says "my dear don't worry" this person loves u. What?! This person doesn't even know my name... How can this person love me? Fake. DO NOT GET Scammed how I did on here. Do yourself a favor and follow your own intuition it's better and FREE. There more fakes out there but off the top of my head.
As a season keen user (only since June 2021) I've spent enough money and sessions with various advisors to notice a pattern.
It's about how I find the keen review system as extremely inaccurate. Like must have 4 paid minutes in order to leave feedback and then only 14 days to from that session. Likely if you're not getting accurate readings then you're not going pay another 4 minutes session with that advisor- so how can you provide constructive feedback for others to read? Also advisors know how many minutes you paid for - I find that also gets abused as when you keep following up [because nothing has changed] with all their very confident predictions- they can pull the 'connection lost' crap!. Like especially when it [connection issue] repeatedly happens with same advisor and you see a pattern within the reviews of it!
Another thing in knowing how many minutes you paid - advisors can (I know for sure with some) drag out the session with (….) but only to have written three words- that are not helpful/ or same (but paraphrased) script as last time!… Or wait until the last 20seconds to give you response- so you then cannot continue dialectic unless you pay more or simply be done with session bc they just have nothing else to tell you- as their predictions/insight never comes to pass / proves inaccurate!
In conclusion, there's a LOT of flaws to features on this site and they get abused.
Like to have a feature that can be used as 'connection lost'! Omg so obvious it's an 'escape' mechanism

Keens advisor can block you for no apparent reason. I've been blocked by advisors I've never spoken to or have only spoken to once. I was block today by Lamplighter. While they were ringing him for me I was blocked when I tried to reach him. DIOSA same. Never spoke to her.

I spoke with this advisor he was very cold, harsh and WRONG. I called a second time to ask if I was going to marry someone and he said the yes; the relationship looked very promising, The only thing is he lied because the person I called about does not exist. I called a the second time to verify if the information I got in the first reading was was accurate.

Hi Malin, we're sorry to hear that you experienced a billing issue back in October. We have two primary promotions for new users, a Three Free Minutes promotion and a 10 Minutes for $1.99 promotion. These promotions are exactly as described in their names, there are no catches or hidden fees. We do, however, give users the option to continue their conversations at their advisor's chosen rate once the promotional minutes have expired. Our advisors work for themselves and set their own rates, so what you pay after a promotional rate has expired is dependent on who you choose to connect with. Based on what you are describing, it sounds as though you opted to continue a conversation after the promotional minutes expired, likely using our Seamless Pay feature. We're not sure if you chose to contact our Customer Support team about this billing issue but they will be happy to go over any billing questions you might have. We also want to point out that there are no lawsuits pending against our business, not in relation to this issue or any other.
This rating is for the website and service, not for the advisor. Earth oracle angel I would give 3-4 stars. The website itself sucks. It took forever to finally get connected with an advisor. It started around 11pm last night I connected with Officially and wanted to get a reading from her. I was quoted approximately 8 minutes before she would call. I waited around but never get a call. Then around 6:45 am I had 3 missed calls from the site. I had already paid the 5 dollars so I just wanted a reading at that point. I called customer service to see what my options were. The lady somehow disconnected the call. So I found another advisor and the same thing happened. It said she was available and approx 8 minutes I'd get a reading. We never connected. Finally I found earth angel oracle and was able to connect right away. She was polite and on point. What she said I already knew. I'm a reiki master teacher myself so I'm very psychic although sometimes it's nice to feel validated by hearing someone say what you already know. Her service was great although I could not rate her. The site itself is super glitchy, I could not give feedback, hard to connect to an advisor you want, etc. Customer service didn't help. The quoted times are BS, I'd rather just tune in to my own knowing but it was good to have that experience so now I know what to watch out for. The good advisors deserve better, somehow. I've read Keen takes pretty big cuts from their money, too. Not fair for such an unethical site and the way its run plus the bad platform.

We're glad that you at least enjoyed speaking to the advisor you eventually connected with. It should be noted that wait times for scheduled conversations are generally an estimate. Advisors are running their own businesses and therefore might choose to sign out when there is someone in their queue, or a conversation with a different client might go for longer than expected. We definitely don't want you to wait for that long, so what we'd suggest is sending the advisor a message and asking when a good time to connect might be if you no longer wish to wait. You can also remove yourself from their queue so that you do not receive a phone call at an unwanted time. Please also keep in mind that conversations must last for at least 4 billable minutes before they become eligible for feedback; conversations that are shorter or that only used promotional minutes will not count. We think one of these reasons is likely why you were unable to leave feedback for the conversation you had, but generally speaking we highly encourage users such as yourself to leave honest reviews. Keen is a platform that allows users to buy and sell advice from each other, which makes honest feedback an essential part of our business. We hope you'll try Keen again sometime, there are actually many amazing advisors who have chosen Keen as the place to run their businesses.
I am an advisor, but I'm also a client. I have no complaints at all as an advisor. They treat us great it is the best place I have ever worked. I also call the other psychics. I find MANY and i do mean MANY to be very accurate, very helpful. In fact one of them is the person that has taught me more in life and now I'm teaching all of my clients! There are lots of gems as advisors. They are really here to help! Keen offers predictions, life coaching, spiritual advising. The advisors want to help you carve a path to your perfect destiny. The intentions of this company are amazing. Please just take a deep breath and allow your advisor a moment to think so he or she can help you the most :)

So in love with this site! I'm huge into astrology, tarot cards and really anything pertaining to this world. I've tried different sites and this one by far is the best.
The best of for no other reason than the fact that they have a satisfied customer guarantee. I myself had an issue with funds and an accidental mischarge with the reading, all I had to do was go to the dissatisfied customer guarantee area and State that I was not satisfied I instantly was given a credit and the full amount no questions asked at all. So to say if you're not happy you will get your money back how can you go wrong with that?
Such interesting fun and you decide how much you spend! Will never go with any other site again.

After using the service for a while, I noticed that they were either taking notes and inputting them into the client account profiles (that the client cannot see) so other psychics can see some continuity of topics and/or they have an internal gossip system so if you block one psychic or don't like one or they don't like you they spread it around and some of them gang up and make it difficult to get a reading (and you have to refund for sometimes). Customer service I have not found that overall is not very trustworthy either. All in all, too many not respecting what they are doing, why they are doing it and the people contacting them for counsel and advisement. Their business is a confidential business and that is why people call and/or chat, etc.

Some advisors may choose to take notes on their readings to reference the next time their client reaches out, but not all advisors do this. You can always ask your advisor not to take notes if you would prefer that they don't. Rest assured, taking notes is a standard practice across many disciplines and does not typically indicate anything nefarious. Because advisors are running their own individual businesses, there would not be much incentive for them to share client details with each other. We take the privacy of our users seriously and would not allow the behavior you are describing. For example, our User Agreement prevents users from recording the conversations they have on Keen. December 22,2020: I get a Ping message from an advisor that I had ONLY ever left 5-star feedback for. I spent a FORTUNE with her. This is the message I get (after I had made the decision to no longer call her and stopped responding to her e-mails because she was 100% WRONG about something that to me was BIG. Here is the not-so-nice Christmas message verbatim: "You need professional help! I'm just sorry it took me so long to catch on." Now, this was from the the "psychic" that calls herself "Lady Esmeralda". Here is ONE of the things she was wrong about. My husband was over-charged by a thousand dollars by a new and unscrupulous dentist. "Lady Esmeralda" (as well as two other "psychics" on Keen ASSURED me that I would not have to pay more than a few hundred dollars to the dentist after we provided our documentation from our dental insurance provider, our payment records, and other documentation to prove that we did not, in fact owe the dentist ANY OTHER MONIES. Well, guess what? We had to pay every penny of the thousand bucks to the dentist, even though it was a bogus charge or risk having our credit ruined, and that is not something we are willing to do. She was wrong about some other things as well. You are better off talking to your dog, or a friend. At least, you would still have your money in your pocket. It took a while for me to learn, but I am DONE with Keen. Really, a SERIOUS waste of money.

They are very unprofessional, mostly using guessing strategies. Also kinda rude on the phone. When see them in person, sara looks nice, but all her words just does not resonate with me and my friend at all. Kept changing directions. And the worst part is that they would use strategies to guide you into a consumption trap, like saying that bad things gonna happen to you and you need to do something something, or buy something something.
Not sure how she gets high ratings on google, but when you check yelp, she gets very low ratings. I understand that everyone need to survive in the society, but still, it does not justify her behavior.

After 13 years of working as an advisor on Keen, they kicked me off the site with no explanation and no reason! I was a top rated advisor on the site with thousands of feedback ratings and a regular steam of clients who called me on a regular basis. I am still in shock that they did this to me. Moreover, I found - after I was kicked off of the site - that Keen did this to many other advisors who worked on the site. And NOW I learned that Keen wants a $250.00 "set up fee" for any new advisors who want to start giving advice on the site. They are a sham and should be ashamed! Keen is a terrible site to do any kind of business with. I recommend looking elsewhere.
Hi MH, thanks for posting a review. It is true that we at times need to deplatform an advisor account. This typically happens after there have been repeated violations of Keen's policies by that advisor. Rest assured, we do not arbitrarily close accounts. The safety of our userbase is of upmost importance and we do at times need to make difficult decisions with that in mind. Keen at one time did have a $250 fee for users who wanted to provide advice on Keen. This fee was removed quite some time ago, however.
I came across keen looking for online readings and thought this seems legit. I scheduled to chat with a woman for 10 minutes costing $4.99 per minute.
I don't even know where to start she completely ignored my question for 4 minutes before sending back "please ask a question" just to purposely rack up the time and get more money from me, I then sent it again and only had about 2 questions because it took so long initially I only had 4 minutes left. The information she gave me I already knew and found on YouTube for free many times! After the chat I was then charged $144 from keen without my consent out of my bank account for no reason at all and then another $7 (this is on top of the $54 from the initial reading...) I emailed and tried to call and the number on their website is disconnected. Don't waste your money or time!

Some advisors charge as little as $1.99 per minute. In any case, if you connected on a conversation for four minutes and did not receive a response, that is not okay! I applied to this company about 6 months ago and my application was finally approved early April, 2020. It had just barely been a whole week of using the website for my business, before I received an email from Keen.com that my account had been canceled/disabled, with no explanation as to why. They claim that according to their "policy," they have rights to terminate our use of their website for any reason that they decide, without giving us an explanation. I not only question the Good Faith practices of the company, but I also question whether their decision to terminate my use was based on discrimination as there is another Ethnic woman of color who had the same issue as me, at the same time. I was misled into thinking that this company would give me an opportunity to expand my practices working from home, especially during this Pandemic. I was made to believe that this was a trusted company who was supportive of the community during this crisis. I lost the ability to follow up with any clients that I had within the website, and lost money overall. It is really suspicious that I would be approved to join the company, and then a week later terminated with no explanation, especially during this crisis when I need the money the most. I feel as though the company's practices should be further investigated.
Hi Chanel, it is true that Keen's User Agreement allows our Trust & Safety team to deplatform user accounts. However, these decisions are not taken lightly and are only made when there are policy-violating issues surrounding a given account. We most certainly do not make decisions based on a person's race, nor their gender identity, sexual orientation or religious beliefs. Keen has users from all over the world and we celebrate having such a diverse userbase. If the decision was made to permanently close an advisor's account, it is safe to say that the account was in violation of one or more of Keen's policies. After been an advisor with keen for over 10 years I had a rating 4.7. Had a established clients for many years. One day, they decide to cancel my account without any notification. I got an automated BOT reply, and when I called them, the "play fair" team, who doesn't play fair, no real person was available to speak with me. I could only write in my concern. NO ONE WAS WILLING TO TALK TO ME!
I FIND THIS HORRIBLE AS A EMPLOYEE FOR OVER 10 years. Fired with a touch of a button and who knows why?
Hi John, we're sorry to hear about your experience. Our Trust & Safety team does at times need to make the difficult decision to permanently close an advisor's account. To protect our platform, we are not always able to go into detail about these decisions. It is not our wish to permanently close a user's account, and in fact, we have many advisors who have been with the platform since its inception. When a user's account is permanently closed, it is generally due to violations of Keen's User Agreement. In many instances, these violations pose a risk to the safety of other users. We take the safety of our platform seriously and do at times need to close accounts as such.

Answer: The reasons the good ones leave is because they are not appreciated nor treated well. I spoke to 3 different psychics from 2 different sites, and oh boy the stories I heard. Not just about how they were treated but also the "rules" they had to abide by to basically screw over the customer. I just kept thinking, "How is this legal?" Well I guess that little note at the very bottom of the screen that says "for entertainment purposes only" is their way out for everything. Fyi, I happened to open a special offer today. It was from a company I never dealt with but it was $1 for 10 min so I figured sure why not. Normally I just delete them. The gentleman that did my reading BLEW my mind. First he asked me what I wanted to talk about and I paused because I didn't know how to start and he immediately jumped in and spit out three very particular (meaning not like 1. You took a show 2, etc... lol) things that I did or happened yesterday and today. He said it so fast I couldn't even speak. There are very few good and trust worthy readers that I know I can count on for sure but never did I experience someone like him. I would start saying a sentence and he would finish it. And trust me I'm not new to getting readings but this was something else. I'm curious about your guy, I'm going to try him out one day. Thanks. And btw, this is my first day using sitejabber so I'm not all too familiar. Is there a place where I could message you his info in private?
Answer: It's usually impossible to find a way to contact most of these sites (unless you're Jewels H). Not that contacting them will get results. Btw, has anyone used Meet Your Psychic? I thought (for some reason) they may be good and legit so I payed $30 for a 30 min reading as a first time caller and the reader I chatted with knew nothing. For example, I would ask "do you see me getting a new job anytime soon?" Response "if you keep on filling out those applications you should, try craigslist." Me: "Do you see me changing fields?" Reader: "I don't do fields." WHAT? So it lasted 5 min and in their policy they state that if you can't seem to connect, just hang up by 5 min. Can't find a number, sent two long emails about how unhappy and that I needed help... chirp chirp nothing. So I paid for the max time, had a ridiculous 5 min-I don't know what to call it and I'm screwed.
