I recently ordered the bathroom vanity sink which I always wanted to have in my bathroom. The price of the product is very affordable and it was also delivered on time. I really wanted my new home to be styled in a unique way especially bathrooms. After searching a lot offline as well as online I have found KBauthority. I am so glad to see such a nice online store which do has a lot of products with different styles, patterns. I have ordered n number of things like hand shower, bathroom sink, bathroom faucets and all of them were delivered on time with so foolproof packing. My bathroom looks fantastic and I am happy with KBauthority. Ordering more products from this site definitely.

Bought a fair amount of products from this company until I needed to return a faucet, after a 5 month process and over 4 hours of phone time with kitchen and bath authority. They gave me a run around and lied to me multiple times by the time they finally refunded me and charged me a rediculous restocking fee I finally received only 70% of my refund after this experience I am no longer a customer DO NOT BELIEVE THE WEB SITE WHERE IT SAYS EASY RETURNS!
I do a great deal of online shopping and kbauthority was among the best.

I had recently ordered a kitchen faucet and soap dispenser, both came in great condition and product was delivered before the expected time and I am very pleased with the services! Will definitely order again from this company.
I was told they were holding my order for about a month, can't remember the date, because 1 item was back ordered. I had already waited over a week for the order. When I asked them to ship what they had, they said it would require a split order and another shipping charge. Of course, no problem, please send what you have. The back ordered piece came first, and 2 days later the rest of the order.
Overall I was satisfied with the shopping experience.

I purchased a shower door kit from Kitchen & Bath Authority. All items were noted as "In Stock". I added in the message area for someone to contact me before shipping.
Their order policy, documented on their site, says that items are generally shipped within 1-2 days, and if there is a problem with the order they will notify you within 1-3 days. I received an order confirmation and no notice of any issues, delays or out of stock.
10 days later, on 10/30/18 I was concerned since I had not received a shipping confirmation, and so I called customer service to inquire about status and tracking. I was told the items would not ship until after Nov 15th; I placed my order Oct 21st. And the last shipment I received last month, the box was open and damaged with parts floating around--since they now ship them UPS. The frame was scratched up, but I placed it on the inside hoping no one would notice.
I used to be dealer of these products. I am very disappointed at the direction the company is heading.
Was a bit skeptical ordering such an expensive toilet online however, Kitchen and Bath Authority came through big time got my toilet within a few days at a great price what more can I ask for.

I purchased some items for a master bath remodel from Kitchen & Bath Authority. All items were noted as "In Stock". Five days later, on 10/2 I got a bit worried that I had not received a shipping confirmation, and emailed asking for status and tracking. The response indicated that the items would not ship for 10 more days. And because these were bulky/heavy items they would need to be shipped by freight truck, which would take longer than the usual UPS or FedEx Ground.
I immediately called and asked if the order was still cancellable. Their stated cancellation policy is that the order is cancellable up until the time that the items ship. None of the items had shipped yet, so my order was cancelled and I placed it with another vendor.
However, it is now 3 weeks, 3 emails, and 5 phone calls later. Every call was met with their assurance that the credit would be issued immediately, that "it would be in my account tonight". To date I have received nothing. I truthfully do not know whether they are being deceitful and unethical, or just incredibly incompetent, but after seeing some of the other comments about orders and refunds here I am starting to lead towards institutional deceit. I finally have given up hope that they will give my money back, and have protested the charge with my bankcard provider so that it will be charged back to KBAuthority.
I would highly recommend looking elsewhere - their prices may be decent but their after-purchase customer service is beyond abysmal.
We are really happy with our water filtration system and we are drinking more water than we used to. The filter installation process was also pretty easy. I was a bit surprised as the filtering process began immediately. Till now, the filter has been working very well. I am really very happy with my purchase! Thank You!
