They post items on their website that says in stock, the price is lower than others but they don't have the items in stock cause they have to order them for you! You should call them to make sure they have it or not so you'll have an option to get from other sellers. They tell you 10 business days and now 32 days still haven't heard anything from the items i ordered! MISLEADING AND DISHONEST COMPANY!

Received product in a timely fashion. There was a credit card issue due to my relocation and the vendor initiated follow-up to make sure the sale went through.
Had a question, she was very knowledgeable and was very helpful. The sink I bought is still in the box waiting for installation but it looks beautiful and came packaged beautifully.
I bought a towel warmer from KBAuthority which arrived yesterday. It seems to be working fine, keeping my bathrobes and towels warm as well as dry all the time. The nice steel finish makes it look more premium and eye-catchy. I would love to buy more products!
I ordered an item. The wrong color was sent as well as in plastic vs metal.
They kept blaming the vendor and not taking responsibility. They said they would take it back b/c they see the wrong color/finishes was sent. I have called and emailed for over a week and am still waiting on my RMA label and to return (sans stocking fee since it is their mistake).
I sent them pictures of the item in the manufacturer's box and the item is still in it's original plastic and box as requested.
They said it would take 1-2 days. After multiple phone calls and several email exchanges, now on my 3rd or 4th unanswered email, i have had to resort to a dispute with my credit card company.
They may seem nice on the phone, but they are pretty passive aggressive and then stop responding.
Who does business like this? If you find cheaper rates on here, just do a price match elsewhere like decor planet or faucets.com or build, etc.
I'd rather pay a little more than waste my life trying to return an incorrect item and get a refund that i am owed.
