Reasonably priced merchandise. The only issue I have is there was visible damage on the item which I believe was there before shipping. I am waiting for a response regarding a resolution to this issue.

I ordered a bathroom faucet for a rental which needed to be installed asap. After a week i decided to continue looking and found something that would work. After purchasing that I got the notification that my order had shipped. It seems that there is no fault here but rather unfortunate timing.

Overall a great experience! Got my merchandise about 10 days earlier than expected.

No issues to date! Would have liked to see tracking info, like most other online sites offer. Particularly important with larger fixtures you want to be home to receive/inspect. Mine arrived UPS Ground, so this should not have been an issue.

We were looking for the exact replacement for TOTO THU 362-A. This was a exact match and fit perfectly. The delivery was quick and the service was great.

Kitchen & Bath Authority had the exact items I needed. The items were shipped quickly, and arrived undamaged. It's important to note with item shipping that you'll see on the packages as well as in shipping notices to inspect your items thoroughly. That's what we did. Every item was opened and visually inspected. It was packaged well and there was no damage.

I appreciate kbauthority to notify me and explain to make sure I check for any damages before signing the 'I received the shipment in good condition.' At first the driver wouldn't take it off the truck Till I signed the document. So after going round and round in a peaceful manner he agreed to wait because I pointed out the the outside of the box was damaged. In the end there was nothing damaged.

Service was great. No issues at all. One of the few places to carry this part. It looks great in our new bathroom.

Having the ability to track the package would be great! I had a tracking number but no carrier info and was unable to track my package.
All in all, Wonderful product for a great price!

Quick & easy

I would have given 5 except I signed up for free membership and was expecting to see "member adjusted prices" and it was exactly the same as when I originally shopped without membership

We were not home when item came so did not sign for it. But everything seemed to be OK---will know when it is installed in aprox. Two weeks.
