Took full payment and never kept me posted about my items. They were supposed to have arrived a week ago and I've heard nothing.
Our product arrived late and we did not know where it was or what happened to it. We called for assistance and the salesperson was rude and did not give us the information we were looking for. She simply stated, "it left the factory and we will send you an e-mail confirmation", which she did not. We had received an e-mail stating it left one week ago. We were looking for our vanity for two weeks before it finally arrived. We were also told we would be notified 24 hours prior to delivery which we were not. We probably would not order from this company again, although when the vanity finally did arrive it was absolutely beautiful. The quality is wonderful and the vanity quality is very impressive.
Customer service was good. However, the freight company you use is not professional or timely. My purchase sat an hour away for over a week. Wish you would find a better way to get the product to your customers. That may hinder me from shopping with you in the future.

It was good.
I called 5 days after I had ordered to see when I would be receiving my order. They put me on hold for a while then came back with a tracking number. That tracking number was not good. Had to call back and gave me a different tracking number which was the correct one. I did get my product, but it was later than I thought it would be and frustrating waiting for them to get me a tracking number which was not ever in the system. They were very friendly tho...thus the 5 star.
First time ordering from them. Had not heard of them so wasn't sure what to expect. They had a large selection of these shower doors in stock and had the size I needed. It came when expected and I was charged the price that was shown. Great ordering experience. Would order from them again.

Unfortunately, I can't rate my shopping experience, because I received an empty package. A tissue box I ordered was removed from the package. It's a pity. It was a gift for my grandson.
Only suggestion is to not make a big deal over inspection at delivery. Customers have lives. You guys delivered exactly what I ordered and was without defect. Don't make issues that don't exist. Continued success!
