I ordered from this website on Jan. 13th. It's now Feb. 23rd and no package. I tried calling and there is no answer not even a dial tone; emailing with no response. This company is SCAMMING left and right. Please don't order from them unless you are making a goodness of your heart donation.
Have sent 3 emails to them without getting a reply.
" Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a reply from our support staff. "
Is slowly turning to 24 days to 48 days
It has been two week since my order has been placed and it still shows shipping pending.
Future buyers may face this problem too. Beware.
This is one of the WORST, if not THE worst, online shopping experience I have ever had. I'm only giving them one star because I don't think 0 stars was an option.
Shipping? Took over a month. Once it did ship, I was dinged for $110 in duties and taxes on a $149 package coming from the US. I just ordered a pair of Zanerobes off of Zanerobe's website for $80, and they came from Australia 2-3 days later, with a pre-paid $24 in taxes and duties that I was fine with paying.
Service? Practically non-existent. I had to e-mail several times before I received a response, and when I did, it was a stock response from an "employee".
Quality/Value? My Zanerobes came and immediately I knew something was up. They were thin, low quality and not what I am used to with Zanerobe products. Looking into this myself, as I feel as though I was given a low-quality, imposter Zanerobe product.
In conclusion, it's simple - DO NOT order from this company unless you want to pay hidden fees for subpar products.
I have 3 pending order with Karma loop placeD in January. None of them have shipped. Their customer service number is disconnected. The chat feature on their website has been disconnected, and they refuse to return any emails. However, they still manage to tweet sales codes. If you are thinking of ordering from this website, think twice and take your money elsewhere. HUGE SCAM
Bought a hat in January 2015, it's now February and I still haven't reseived it, so much for 7-9 days shipping, worste site, I recommend to not buy off this bull$#*! site.
Ok so my son really wanted a shirt and bracelet from Karmaloop so I went online and placed an order after hearing that all of his friends were also ordering from Karmaloop. A few days later I receive an email stating that the order had shipped. We where both happy and excited to receive it. When it finally arrived, it was only the bracelet and no shirt. So I called and tried to chat with their CS but no luck. Finally about 1 week later I got a response from their CS stating that due to computer issues, the wearhouse was having shipping emails. I also received what looked like a cookie cutter email allegedly from the owner of Karmaloop stating that they had been having shipping issues and asking that we please be patient. So now another week has gone by and I get another message in response to more messages to them. Now they say that due to the winter storm on the east coast, they are still having issues. Still I get no estimate on when they will ship. I ended up opening a claim with Paypal but Karmaloop has taking their dang time responding. I ended up giving up and filing a claim with my bank in order to get my money back. Lesson learned, NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM KARMALOOP! Sorry for yelling ;)
I recently made a purchase at Karmaloop around the 13of Jan I never received a order number or a tracking number from them, I emailed them asking if they could help me with my order as I had received no information about it and explained that I did not receive a order number. I got a reply days later asking for my order number...? I replied the same thing that I didn't receive one and gave them all the information I could even copied and pasted what its says on my bank statement and got a response asking for my order number...? I have had that same reply from 7 different after I explain that I cant provide the order number because they never gave it to me I still get the exact same reply even when I beg them to help me... BEG THEM I have never begged in my life but need some one to help me they just reply asking for my order number in one sentence and that's it. This Customer Service is Disgusting! I am so offended by how they treat you, I just want someone to help me from that site so I didn't just waste $160 and a bunch of my time stressed out
Second time ordering. First time took 3 weeks for them to ship and about 2 to arrive. Gave them another chance years later and it's been two weeks and they just printed shipping labels. Prices are good. If you don't mind waiting months for clothes and don't mind if you receive wrong or "substituted" items this is your place!

Stay away from karmaloop, I ordered from them 01/01/15 and it's now 01/10/15 & still nothing, didn't receive a tracking #, so I called them no answer. This is the worst clothing company ever. (Stay away from this BS). I'm now fouling a dispute, $100?, they got me f&%$ed up.!
If there was a "negative" star, that is what this company would have. They don't even deserve one star. Horrendous customer service. I ordered a wallet on 12/19/14 and still have not received this item. I called and emailed this company. No help whatsoever. They email that I received said that it was sent "UPS." That is total B. S. I spent over $7 on a wallet that was under $10 thinking foolishly that I would receive this by Christmas. I will NEVER order from them again. I don't know how they are still in business. Stay away, trust me. You don't want to have to call their customer service and listen to their horrible song that repeats the same verse over and over. Truly disgraceful.
Save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere. Goods coming to me in Australia, ended up in Germany. Customer service are slow to respond and when they do, are no help. Paid for premium postage and now one month later still have no goods. I order from the U.S. approx 2-3 times per month, and this is the first merchant i have ever had issues with. I wish I researched the reviews before throwing away my money.
I will never buy anything from karmaloop again, I live in the UK and ordered a jacket 11 dec, I am still waiting and constantly still getting fed lies, one customer service agent says it's in the warehouse and then another one says they are waiting for it to arrive in the warehouse, while another one says it would of been delivered by the 24-12 and still nothing, just lies, I am going to contact trading standards about this company as it's a complete joke.
DO NOT order from karmaloop! Processing returns and receiving refunds is a nightmare. Still havent received a refund for my returns from all the different vendors and deliveries were processed and returned nearly a month ago!
I was shocked to show up and have to pay duty. You should make this more apparent. I was just about to order more products but I won't be doing that. How do I get my duty back if I have to ship back anything. Be more apparent when you order so we know what we are getting
Ordered 9 pairs of shoes a month ago for my upcoming wedding. Paid with PAYPAL and two weeks ago got an email saying payment had been returned. Contacted Karmaloop asking what had happened and they asked for the order number. They had never sent one but I sent them the invoice number from PAYPAL. After 6 emails over the last two weeks I have not received a reply. Payment has not been sent back to my account what I can see. Have tried calling their international service and was on hold for over 20mins, hung up as it cost a fortune to call from Australia. The customer service at this place has been absolutely awful. Seems to me (from reading complaints below) this company does not care about you if you get something on sale or for cheeper than it usually is. I had got a great deal and was very excited that I would save money for my big day but it has turned out a nightmare. I now have no Shoes for my groomsman and it is two weeks till my wedding. If you cant provide for the prices you are advertising don't have sales. Have always heard great things about this site but cant believe they have treated this situation with no care. Very disappointed!
Their service is ridiculous... I had ordered an item that's "kazbah" which just means that it's shipped from a different warehouse, and not karma loops. That's fine with me but, the agent told me that my item has already shipped. She gave me a tracking number and I've been checking it consistently to see that it hasn't even been shipped yet, and it's been a good while. I just don't appreciate how long it takes to get a response from them.
I've been buying on and off from karmaloop for a few years now and have noticed all items having some sort of defect. The most recent was actually majorly unwearable. I contacted karmaloop and was suppose to receive an item for the same price or of lesser vaue!
Only problem is, is that they seem to shuffle you around between different people who work at the company and never actually do anything about situations like this!

WOW! I have never in my life been more provoked to seek a consumer review site online. I will never purchase anything from Karmaloop ever again. I browse the site all the time and subscribe to all their deals, etc. but never decided to purchase anything until recently. It was a drop ship item (necklace) which I understand does take a while to ship from the manufacturer but this whole purchase is a joke. Karmaloop has a great site but would highly recommend setting new standards for the operations side of things.
Customer Service Feedback:
I have called/e-mailed in numerous times and received different drop ship information from each CSR. When requesting an order status the individuals who I spoke with seemed to care less about my situation. I was given one word answers, not genuine, inconsistent information or lack of. The e-mails I sent didn't even address my main concern. I received the same drop ship canned response of, "It looks like your necklace is being drop shipped which means that it is being hand cut for the order and is being shipped from the brand." I received this response multiple times and they never even addressed my question. On my last reply asking for my tracking and acknowledging this order is being, "hand cut" I never even received a response. Not to mention it takes about 48 hrs. Turnaround time for an e-mail to be answered and you get this quality of a response. Come on.
Delivery Feedback:
Well, they were right, I did get my confirmation email on the 10th day that my necklace is going to be shipped and from there it is an estimated 3-7 business days for delivery. So, that was at about 9am on 9/30. It has been over 24 hours and the package hasn't moved. Are you surprised? I'm not. There is absolutely zero visibility into these orders that are drop shipped and it is such a joke.
At this point, who knows when this necklace is going to show up. It will most likely be out of style by the time it gets here.
Ordering advice: If you order something from this place, be sure you don't need it within a month.
HORRIBLE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!
I bought a bunch of stuff for their holiday sale and when it finally arrived half the stuff was so cheap and crappy I tried to return it. One agent told me I was getting a refund and then they sent store credit instead. Kept complaining, kept getting shuffled around between agents who conveniently wouldn't acknowledge the refund I was promised.
On top of that YOU have to provide shipping for your refunds and there's a ridiculous amount of red tape to get the proper labels and the returns processed.
I been dooped by this $#*!show of a company. And I'm warning you. They are a bunch of slimy scammers peddling cheap $#*!.
Answer: They do not refund. They will give you store credit which isn't as cut and dry as it sounds... it can only be applied to certain items which are few and far between and you have to pay shipping too.
Answer: I still can't figure out what kind of shape they are in. They have yet to make good on over $100 in returns since xmas! They promise store credit codes that don't work or that disappear when you go to use them. I spent so much time and energy trying to get resolve and just took up with them AGAIN on Twitter since that is apparently their only monitored customer service option. I don't know how they possibly could have come back after putting the screw to so many. They prob owe so much out they won't turn a profit anytime soon. If anyone has any solid info on their status I would really appreciate it as well. Meanwhile I'll keep looking for more info.
Answer: It's all one company. The whole company is in bankruptcy proceedings. Google "Karmaloop bankruptcy" and you'll see. I'd steer clear of KL if you like your money, and if you've been waiting for any items you've ordered, good luck.
