Items showed 2-3 days for dispatch on their website. What this actually means is 2-3 dispatch from their supplier, which could take any amount of time before they get it and then send to the customer.
Besides this, they shipped with Startrack - nothing more to say about that!
Seriously, I can get stuff from Europe quicker.
To top it off, I get an email from Sitejabber about my order and asks me to click on one of the options. As my item still hasn't arrived, the option I would have selected, isn't clickable. What a joke! Surely they would want to know that 12 days after placing my order, the item still hasn't been delivered so that they can quote:
"Your response above will provide JW Computers with valuable feedback regarding your order so that they can better assist you and other customers. "
