At the moment of ordering, the delivery lead time was 1-2 days. However, the next day, it changed to 3-4 days. As a result, the overall delivery time was about 5-6 working days. While I don't mind the waiting, it would be better if the delivery lead time didn't change after the order is placed.
Eshop is easy to operate and navigate. Prices are good.

Yea the delivery is amazing the controller is protected as it said and fast delivery good to.
This is the first time I've used JW and they did the job well. Ordering was easy, postage was quick, BUT honestly I was VERY miffed by the suggestion that without paying extra then customer service would purposefully be lower on their priority list if I had problems. That has put JW near the bottom of my preferred list of parts suppliers.
To be that blatant about obviously creating a two tier customer class system is quite disgusting frankly. It almost caused me to refuse to deal with them at all.
No amount of lower costs, ease of ordering or even postage speed will change that disgusting taste in my mouth. If I had another option for this product I would have taken it.
