Could've been quicker if you had the parts already at the store.

It took a week to send the package. There was no communication during that time to let me know what was happening.

Courier failed to get a signature and dropped it on the doorstep I was home and didn't even wait for me to open the door

Nil issues with anything. Only wish the product was sent quicker then it was.

Please allow customers to write specific instructions when placing an order. I did not see a specific space to write specific instruction when I ordered.

The website was very clear and easy to follow. I had no issue getting to the product I wanted and everything was very streamlined. I even had an enquiry about the shipping method before making the purchase and one of the staff returned to me with an answer promptly (given that it was Black Friday sales and shops are very busy at this time). Very happy with the experience

I was told my order would be shipped in 3-4 days, but it took 10 days. I would prefer to be told that it would at least a week, and not be told what they think we want to hear. I rang up on day 10, to be told it wasn't in yet, only to receive notification very shortly after, that it was in. It was probably there when I rang, even earlier, but they hadn't bothered to check, or let me know.

Simple and straight forward. No fuss or confusion. Greta communication on online orders and tracking.
