This site is a joke. We specifically ordered from this site because it offered Sunday delivery and then we get some bogus email saying that it was delayed and would be delivered on the next available delivery date. What kind of joke is that? When you have to put a banner on your site directing people with questions about your mother's day order, you know things didn't go well. We paid for Sunday delivery and nothing has arrived. It is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I have never ever ordered flowers and had them delivered late with an apology. If you can't handle the orders, don't offer. All you have done is disappointed people. We need this resolved better than a stupid apology or a 10$ credit. I'm not going to be ordering every again from this site.

Ordered for Mother's Day to Be delivered 5/11 on SATURDAY before. Flowers have STILL not shown up 2 days later. They Charged my 90$ and there's nothing but dead ends when it comes to customer service. Thier "inquiry form" gives you no options on cancellation, just gives you options for responses that favor them keeping your money. Nothing but recordings on phone calls, and when they do call back and give you a "just another day" it comes from a blocked number.
This site is a joke, I should have trusted my gut when other "Valid" sites say they couldn't deliver that this one could. Here is some advice "Just Flowers", don't promise a delivery date you can not deliver on. Block it out or void it like the VALID sites do so that your not setting yourself up for failure as well as the customer and the recipient up for DISSAPPOINTMENT!

I ordered flowers for mothers day and made sure that the delivery date was on Sunday, arriving in time for mothers day. I ordered a standard flower package for $69.99 and at no point was there indication of any additional charges or fees. After my order was processed, I was charged $89.99. When I called to ask, they informed me that there was an extra delivery and service fee (although it was not indicated when I purchased online).
My flowers WERE NOT DELIVERED on mothers day. I received an email at 6pm on Sunday apologizing that delivery was delayed. When I called customer service, I couldn't get ahold of anyone so I left a voicemail and email. I received a call back the following day saying that the flowers will be there on TUESDAY (two days after mothers day).
Two issues- 1) I was charged an additional $20 over what I agreed to pay and 2) the flowers weren't delivered on the day I ordered them to be delivered.
Jill, one of the managers, offered to refund me $10. After explaining my situation (practically begging) she offered to refund me $20. This may have made up for my $20 overcharge but didn't address that fact that my flowers were two days late!

Same as others order # *******... scheduled delivery mothers day.(order not fulfilled yet they took my 80 bucks) no answer from customer service( only person who picks up the phone is the girl to place new orders)... To the ambitious entrepreneur who is running this crappy company( give me my money back! Or send the flowers today 05/13/2019... if neither of these two wishes occur... I will contact the attorney general and then my cc company for a refund...

I order flowers here for mother's day which fell on a Sunday, I ordered on a Saturday. This website over exaggerates it's " same day shipping". I paid $89 in hopes she will receive it on mother's day even if it was before mother's day I would be pleased. I received a phone call from the company at 9:40pm on Mother's Day night saying they were unable to deliver and will redeliver the following day. I am furious. Why would anyone pay nearly $100, not to mention I paid more to have it delivered on the very day, and still not receive it? It's despicable. Ruined my mother's mother's day gift. And all they could offer was an apology note and a $10 credit. It took me a whole day, I kid you not just to speak to a human being because the automated service kept saying they were having a busy day. I don't care how busy you are, if ANYONE pays you to deliver on a specific day, it's your job to uphold your part.
I will never use this site again and I will forever recommend no one delivers from here.

Guys, DO NOT EVER order anything from them. Don't do my mistakes. Justflowers claimed they can deliver on mother's day. However I received a phone call from them on May 11th and the recorded voice told me they are not able to deliver. I've been trying to contact them for about an hour - in vain! They send you to the voicemail. I was not able to talk to the customer service representative.
My question to the management is how do you determine who is going to get the flowers and who is not? You accepted my order, lied that you are able to deliver, charged me and then told me you aren't able. Then how did you decide who is going to get the flowers on that day and who is not?

Fraudulent! Same story as the others. Ordered for Mother's Day, received a very strange confirmation call directly after. Flowers not delivered. No confirmation email. Ended up calling my bank to dispute the charge because Just Flowers does not answer. But they will answer if you call and want to place another order... go figure. These people are unable to transfer to customer service. Call your bank!

I ordered 2 separate orders for Mother's Day, both of which were to be delivered before noon on that day and both of which have yet to be delivered. If they couldn't do the job, they shouldn't have taken my money. Their customer service is non-existent and I haven't been able to contact a single person to help me resolve this. I no longer want the flowers, I simply want my money back and never to deal with this ever gain.

Email telling me there would be no delivery sent to me on SUNDAY NIGHT at 6PM... guaranteeing I had no other way to get my mother some kind of a replacement gift on Mother's day. Ordered flowers to be delivered for Mother's Day to Lafayette, LA and this morning at 9:21 EST I received an email stating that "Due to a delay in delivery your order has been rescheduled and will be attempted today, 05/13/2019. My email in part to them
"Yesterday was Mother's Day. The same way Christmas Eve is

Lousy reviews all around. If you need something done, don't count on these guys. Seem to take all orders, and fill them as they have time/flowers. Does not work for me.
Today, Tuesday, 05/14, the flowers still have not been delivered nor have I been able to speak with anyone. Additionally, no one from the company has responded to any of my voice mail messages or email. A total scam from what I see.

Alright, so we had a rocky relationship. Flowers didn't get delivered on time and it was nearly impossible to get a hold of customer service. That being said, they did reach out and the flowers did get delivered. They got there, she loved them, I'm satisfied. So if you have a problem, just avoid the phones and the emails and skip straight to this site. Once you complain, someone should reach out and you take it from there. That's what worked for me. And don't skip straight to asking for your money back. Nobody wants to help that customer. I said that I didn't want my money back, I didn't want to write a bad review, I just wanted my girl to get her flowers. It worked for me anyways.

Ordered flowers on 5/6/19 for delivery for mother's say 5/11/19! Flowers NEVER delivered! Money taken out of my acct. On 5/7/19 but no flowers delivered! No human to talk to! Tried tracking my order, wouldn't allow me to submit my info on line!

Shopping was quick and easy and I found just what I was looking for right away. The recipient was moved from the hospital to rehab the day the order was placed and she received it the next day. Great service.
Didn't deliver to funeral. Called us the day after the funeral and said the funeral home was outside their delivery area. Offered no apology no comps and said 10 days to get a refund. We were totally embarrassed.
Update, Our money was returned. It only took 14 days and 4 phone calls. In my opinion you should stay away from this business.

After going through all of this about 10 days after they refunded my money, We got a phone call from the florist that had been sent the order and they claimed that they had actually delivered the flowers to the funeral and we would have to pay them directly!. I called the family of the friend who died and made sure they had not received them, then called the funeral home a verified the same thing. I called the florist and told them they were incorrect. The lady I was speaking with became abusive so I told her to take it up with Justflowers. She said that they were crooks just like me and would not pay her either. I received several phone calls from them over the next few weeks till I finally told her what I would do if she ever called me again. She slammed down the phone after calling me a filthy name and I haven't heard from them since. Just stay away from this company.

Horrible company! I ordered flowers for Mother's Day. Right after the order was placed I received a confirmation call from a representative, he said that I would get an email with order number. Money was withdrawn right away but still didn't get an order number in my email. Flowers were not delivered at all, it's been two days, and now I can't get a hold of a live person. I want a full refund! Horrible company and no customer service. Do not order from Just Flowers!

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.

I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
