Didn't fulfill there end of bargain. Ruined mother's day suprise. Cant deliver as promised. They are greedy and all about profit and no nothing about customer service
On Saturday afternoon, I ordered flowers for delivery to my mother on Mother's Day (the next day). I ordered from a phone while out and needed something right and right away. I was worried after I read the many, many 1-star reviews. I am happy to report the flowers arrived on time and as expected. My mom loved them. My only complaint is price. Too expensive.
I have been trying to call since last night, since my order was supposed to be delivered yesterday. No one has answered the phone. I want to cancel my order and receive a full refund. I pray they do not say it's too late now to cancel, since they are the reason it is too late to cancel. Order number is *******. HELP.

A son is trying to show his mother extra love and appreciation on a SPECIAL mother's day. Suddenly you have devil minded people who takes advantage of folks. This place is a horrible scam and the FBI, law enforcement really needs to investigate these want a be fakes!

I want a full refund! I did not place an order to be delivered any other day other than Mother's Day! Your company is a LIAR and I am very disappointed and very dissatisfied! I will never do business with your incompetent company again! I could have found a Company that could have gotten my mother her flowers on time! Not only is it not delivered on time it's rescheduled for the day after Mother's Day! To make matters worse no one answers the damn phone! I want my money back!

The bouquet i ordered was not delivered as scheduled and then when it did get delivered, it was the wrong bouquet. I received 5 dollars off for the inconvenience and another bouquet was delivered 2 days later the scheduled date. In my opinion, the option should have been given for a more significant partial refund, as 2 bouquets being delivered after the scheduled delivery dates, one being the completely wrong bouquet is unacceptable

Flowers were delivered about 3 days after they were requested. At time of order was told same day delivery. Had to call florist multiple times
Pleasant shopping experience. My flowers were delivered to ny sister in time. I was extremely disappointed the flowers I ordered were in a vase but was delivered in a cheap white basket. I'm sure they had a vase some where in their flower shop. Way too expensive for a cheaper flower arrangement. If I wanted a cheap basket of flowers I would have ordered it! The arrangement wasn't even close to what justflowers showed on their website. So BEWARE! I would try other florist first and get what you want at a mush better price. My sister that received the flower arrangement was happy with it. I am still disappointed and pronanly will not use justflowers again nor recommend.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
