JustFlowers.com is beyond the most unprofessional company I've dealt with in the last 10 years. This company purposefully took orders over Mother's Day weekend that they knew they could not fulfill. Then instead of just admitting that they couldn't deliver kept emailing saying they would be delivered the next day.
The truth is, I had requested a Saturday delivery just so I could avoid the Sunday rush to deliver and they couldn't even deliver on that day.
No one picks up the phone at this company so I'm not sure what they consider to be customer service and then they want to cancel the order to leave me looking like a clown.
This company is COMPLETE GARBAGE and should not be in business. Read all the other reviews and just do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!
If you want to get a hold of someone quickly, call this number *******921. At least you can get a hold of someone. They said they refunded me, and it would take a while. It never happened, so I called up again. Apparently, a strict no return policy equates to freedom for crappy service. To sum it up, the flowers were two days late, the guy I called lied about refunding me, and when the flowers came in, my mom got my grandma's flowers and vice versa. I was upset my hard earned money went to crappy service, and that the TWO managers I spoke with were very unaccommodating. Now I know to use another PROFESSIONAL flower service for next Mother's and Valentine's Day. I received literally "Just Flowers" with crappy service and a lesson learned.

Ordered flowers for mother's day from JustFlowers which was not delivered on time. Called and emailed customer service, nobody ever picked up or responded to emails. A bunch of half dried, withered flowers jammed into a cheep glass pot was delivered one day after mother's day. I was totally embarrassed and the money was wasted (around $75). No apology note form the company! Do not order or business with this company.

I wish I would have checked the reviews. All the previous comments are 100% correct.
I placed 3 orders. One was delivered on time, the other two have yet to arrive.
Don't bother calling customer service, nobody ever picks up.
I placed a delivery inquiry online for the two missing orders.
I got a call back for one order. They said they needed the phone number of the recipient to deliver the flowers! You have her address, what do you need her phone number for? They have this thing now called Goggle Maps. It works pretty good.
After I gave it to them, they said they would deliver it ASAP, and offered me a 15% credit.
Yeah right, like I'll ever see that, Lol. I asked about the second order, and she said she couldn't help me. Of course not, that would be to complicated. When I asked to speak with her manager, she said her manager had left. Probably to go find a better job with a real company.

I placed 2 flower orders weeks before mother's day that were going to the same address... Not cheap orders either... One for my mother and one for my sister... they were both were to be delivered on Sunday. My mother's was delivered on Saturday missing the balloons I paid for and the other still never delivered and YOU CANNOT GET ANYONE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PHONE AND THEY DO NOT CALL BACK! At this point all I want is my money returned but no human will answer the phone and for over a hundred dollars for my mother's arrangement was pitiful! I would absolutely NOT recommend using this company... try another one if you do not want to be DISAPPOINTED!

Flowers never delivered 2 days after supposed to be. Will not answer messages, emails or phone calls. No response. Received an automated message that they would be delivered today and still never delivered. DONT USE THIS COMPANY EVER! Extremely poor service and charged my credit card for no services completed.

I decided to give this company a chance- what a mistake. Ordered flower to be delivered May 11 2019. Received an email this aftrrnoon, May 13,2019- saying there is still a delivery delay. So much for Mother's Day celebration! Will not use Justflowers again. Don't get a person when you call customer service- leave a message.

We placed a gift flower delivery order + chocolates. The items were never received. The phone numbers listed on their website were all of a sudden disconnected. If I clicked on the hyperlink it forwarded to an international phone number (We're in the US).
I requested a full refund 10 times by email. I keep receiving 'apology' emails, and other emails apologizing for my"'dissatisfaction with the delivered items."
It is now two full days after the delivery date, with Zero Human contact an Zero Delivery.
I've placed a formal dispute with Visa though our Credit Card Company. I advise everyone else do the same.

I ordered Mothers Day flowers for a friend on Saturday evening. I received an email yesterday (the day of delivery) at 3:15 pm stating "we are truly sorry your Mothers Day order was not able to be delivered. We will deliver your order on the next available day with a note of apology." Received the very same email today. I tried calling for 2 straight hours today, only to be put on hold then being forwarded to a generic message telling me to leave a message. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever seen. Totally a rip off, I just want to be refunded at this point but NO ONE can seem to get a hold of a real person (only vague emails and phone messages). I'm really wondering if this company actually exists!

There was several flower delivery services I was considering for Mother's Day flowers, but made the mistake of thinking JustFlowers would come through. I ordered for Sunday delivery, which is the whole point of having flowers send for Mother's Day, right?
I received an auto-generated email at 4:22pm on Sunday telling me, "we are truly sorry your Mother's Day order... was not able to be delivered. We will deliver your order on the next available day and we will include a note of apology from our company. Thank you for your understanding."
It's now close to 6:00pm on Monday - the day after Mother's Day - and still no delivery.
Will never use these jokers again, guaranteed.

It's been 3 days, They won't answer the phone to cancel my order and will not give me a refund. I have called three numbers and yet no one answers. It's a modern day SCAM! I have filed claim with my bank. I will read reviews 1st next time. They keep emailing same copied message. Apology note thanking me for understanding when I'm saying give me my money back. They are very unprofessional. Please people do not use this company. I promise you the one review stating this place delivered on time is someone who work for them. It's a LIE! Ordered and was charged for Mom's Day Flowers to be delivered Saturday. Call repeatedly Saturday and Sunday without success. Order #******* needs to be refunded ASAP. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day. They were supposed to arrive on Saturday. The flowers had not arrived by Sun afternoon. I called multiple times and the system either hung up on me or asked for me to leave a message for a call back. No one called me back. One message I received on the system was "for faster service click the link on my confirmation email". I never received a confirmation email. I was charged though, not surprised. In case you didn't get my 100 *******@Justflowers.com: order ******* is cancelled and I have already alerted the credit card not to pay this charge. I have ordered from 800 Flowers.com. They will be delivering tomorrow. I hope you go out of business. Thanks for ruining my Mother's Day gift.

We must first verify the delivery status before beginning the cancellation/refund process. Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
