Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. This site totally ruined mothers day for me. I ordered the flowers for mothers day and they did not come. Tried to call and same as everyone else couldn't get a hold of anybody. A few days later the flowers came after numerous calls and emails that were not answered. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Still to this day haven't talked to anyone. Wish I could have this place shut down ended up getting more flowers. I would suggest proflowers to anyone looking for flowers.

I ordered flowers on the 3rd of May for delivery on Mother's Day. The arrangement was delivered the next Day, a week early. When I contacted Just Flowers to complain, they apologised and said they would send another arrangement for the correct Day. NO flowers were delivered and no communications since but of course they will have taken their money! Sophia Petros

Mothers day flowers did not deliver on time. Two days late in fact and I tried to cancel my order BEFORE the flowers were delivered and there was no reimbursement for a nearly $100 purchase. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with customer service ONLY to find out they would reimburse $15 for shipment. Such horrible service and no one responded to my emails or voicemails. NOT WORTH A PENNY.

I am 47 years old and this is the first negative review I have ever written ion my life. Certainly I have bought products or services that haven't always lived up to what i had hoped, but justflowers.com is beyond the pale. I am not even certain they are a legitimate company.
I ordered flowers the Saturday before Mother's Day. Justflowers.com has no tracking feature, and won't notify you if they are delivered. You have to contact them. Problemn is, there is actually no real way to do so. They give misinformartion on their automatyed answering machine that says something close to "just replay to our order email or click the banner on our webpage," neither of which gets you a response in real life. Their "customer service" line always leads down a road of being placed on hold and then ultimately sent to a voicemail. So each day I leave a voicemail with my order number and each day I get an email that my flowers were not delivered and they will be delivered the next available day with an apology note. Every day no delivery., This has now gone on all week. I paid $90 for flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day, they have never been delivered, and I have never even been able to speak to a live person at justflowers., com to help me simply get them delivered. So since there is no one there I can talk to, to even get them sent, I am without recourse. I would never ever use this service and I will do everything I can to at least share my story.

After I wrote my review yesterday I received an automated phone message saying the flowers were on the way. I'm happy to report that the flowers were delivered and it was a beautiful arrangement (more a credit to the local florist than to Just Flowers). I'm extremely skeptical the delivery would have happened without me posting a review on this site, which is very frustrating since I had already paid. It's unlikely I will use them again.

Placed the order on Saturday for Mother's Day. Just like everyone else my money was taken immediately/ Got a call on Sunday evening saying the delivery would not happen that day. I was a little irritated, but they said the delivery would happen the next day as soon as possible. Well it didn't happen yesterday either. If they couldn't handle the Mother's Day overflow by the end of Monday then what kind of business are they running? Now, I'm just furious. I ordered flowers for my mom for mother's day and they didn't arrive on Mother's Day. No explanation, just "we weren't able to deliver your order on Mother's Day". Wish I'd gone with someone else.

Terrible experience. Just like everyone here, I ordered flowers for mother's day (3 days ago) which still haven't been delivered, while my card was charged immediately. I tried cancelling the next day, but couldn't get through to a live person and noone responded to my email replied to their generic 'sorry you're flowers are delayed' email.
However, when I call and click on the option to place an order, someone picks up IMMEDIATELY, says they are completely disconnected from the customer support line, doesn't provide a manager's name/phone that I could speak to, NOTHING.
I will make sure that noone I know uses this scam of a company, and I am expecting a full refund (and then some) on order ******* for this completely traumatizing experience.

Never dealt with a company as bad as this. Flowers were supposed to be delivered Sunday for Mothers Day. Here it is Wednesday - 3 days later and still no flowers. Cant get thru to customer service. Left a voice mail and got a recording sent to my phone that flowers would be delivered on Tuesday... again a lie! Will not use this company again and posted on social media the disappointment for many mothers this company caused

I ordered flowers well in advance of mother's day and scheduled a Saturday delivery; the flowers arrived late Tuesday night. I left several voicemails and sent Severus emails asking for a status and finally a voicemail to cancel my order, with no replay.
Additionally, the flowers I ordered are nothing like what was pictured, I spent $90 for 5 tulips! Based on the lack of customer service and the quality, this company is really a scam and should be reported

I ordered flowers for my two mothers for Mother's Day. One lives in Colorado, the other in Pennsylvania. The flowers did not arrive at either location on Mother's Day. Instead I received emails stating in each case that the flowers would be delivered on Monday. Monday came and went-no flowers, but another email stating the flowers would be delivered on Tuesday. No flowers were delivered at either location on Tuesday either, so I cancelled the orders.

Flowers were to be delivered on Mother's Day. One Monday they said they would be delivered, well today is Tuesday and they still aren't delivered.

Same as everyone else here, ordered flowers Thursday for mother day delivery. 1036 Tuesday night no flowers, no communication of delay. Nothing. I have called several times left online inquiries and multiple voicemails. Nothing.
Baffled. Would like my order to be cancelled at this point, but can't even get in touch to do so. Either just flowers is a total scam or a seriously failing business that has a lot of work to do.

What a scam, I ordered my mother flowers for mothers day. When I went to the website on Saturday it showed the flowers could be delivered on Saturday and or Sunday. I choose Sunday and they just came today Wed. They also were half dead and don't even look like the picture online. I will never order from them again. Very disappointed overall. When I call them the complain the call kept getting disconnected.

Flowers were ordered on Saturday for Mother's Day. They arrived on Monday. The arrangement looks nothing like the picture not even close. The arrangement I ordered has none of the flowers pictured on their site. It certainly is not worth the $88.00 I paid for it. It took 4 tries to get customer service. This is a SCAM.

I ordered flowers that should have been delivered yesterday. I did not receive a confirmation, but was charged on my credit card. Customer service does not answer and the automated system only asks for an order number they never provided. This place is a total scam and I swear if customer service responds to this asking for my order number I may freak out. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM UNLESS YOU JUST LIKE GIVING YOUR MONEY AWAY TO SCAM ARTISTS!

Ordered for my mom for mother's day delivery. Just showed up today, Tuesday. Looked nothing like what I ordered and it's so big and hideous my mom had nowhere to put it. It's outside on her patio. No responses. I need a refund now!

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and received a confirmation from Just Flowers. The flowers were not delivered on Mother's Day. I called them and was promised a next day delivery (after the Mother's Day weekend) and even then the flowers were not delivered. I called them again and was informed that the florist did not deliver and they learned about it only when I inquired. The had the audacity to ask if I want it delivered on the following (3rd day after the motehr's day) with a 15% discount.
My mother was left without flowers on Mother's Day and I think Just Flowers are outrageously incompetent and have no respect for their customers.

I ordered flowers and balloons from JustFlowers for my wife for Mother's Day. I got a confirmation email from JustFlowers. No flowers on Saturday. No flowers on Sunday. On Monday, I wrote to them that they missed the delivery.
Two days after Mother's Day, on Tuesday afternoon, they delivered the flowers. Unfortunately, this was useless to me because now my wife is on a business trip. I got a call from a Just Flowers manager who said her name was Jill. She offered a $10 refund on an $85 order. I said that the flowers at this point are just going to remind me that my wife didn't get her Mother's Day gift. They'll be wilted by the time she gets home. I said I wanted a full refund. Jill said the most she could refund was $15. When I asked for her full name, she hung up on me.
What a joke of a company! They literally did everything wrong and then hung up on the customer they had flaked on.
There are many flower companies out there. I will not be using them again.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
