The last time I purchased from a local shop, wife wasn't happy but didn't want to tell me because she didn't want to hurt my feelings. They were expensive as well, not worth the cost and they didn't deliver in our area which is just out of Grand Rapids.

1 order delivered and the other 2 were cancelled. Did not say I could order only 1. They did not say why the other 2 orders were cancelled. They hit my credit card, then said they would refund them, and they did.
Left me scrambling to find other flowers on Monday for a funeral.
It's not your fault but I have a very difficult time making up my mind, so I am very slow. I hope the delivery goes o.k. Because Martha has so many people bothering her and coming and going it is sometimes hard to get her on the phone or at home, but please try today for me.
The person we sent the flowers to in Arizona was very happy. The picture she sent back was very nice.

I was surprised of all the fees at the end of the ordering process. There must be a way to forwarn the customer. I paid extra to have early express delivery,but the delivery was made in the evening.
The web site entry blocks did not line up with the required items. Very difficult to complete. Also, there was a $10 discount for new customers yet couldn't find it anywhere on checkout. Then the florist didn't know where the delivery was. Very lousy system and our daughter got the flowers days later past the delivery date.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
