Worst experience ever. Flowers were never delivered. Took 7 days & lots about f conversation & emails to finally get my refund. At one point, someone even asked if I would authorize charges for an upgrade & delivery for a different time. Seriously? You already failed. Why would I give you more money?

I ordered these flowers for my family, made a mistake with the delivery date and didn't realise until after I had sent the order. The company responded quickly to my error via on line chat and corrected it and they arrived on the day I needed them to.

Chat line never responded! Telephone connection with Customer Service was terrible, static, scratchy and cutting in and out. Customer Service agent insisted on talking over my questions with statements that had nothing to do with my questions since she kept talking over me. Finally had to not say anything for awhile until she asked if I was there. Then I could get my question in.
Chat just responded after 25 mins
Any recommendations from me are dependent on delivery and completion of transaction.

To follow up, the flowers were delivered three days later. They flowers were nice but the event they were for was long over with.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
