I placed two identical orders for "All Is Beautiful" centerpieces item number 4989 on 12/6/19 to be delivered on 12/23/19. One delivery to a NY address was made on 12/23/19 but it was the wrong flower arrangement. The arrangement delivered was not even close to the arrangement that was ordered. The second delivery to a FL address was never made on 12/23/19. The business was contacted by phone on 12/26/19 and spoke to a customer service representative. I received assurances that the correct arrangement would be delivered on 12/27/19 to the NY address and that a delivery would also be made to the FL address. Both of these statements were lies.
I called customer service again on 12/30/19 to inform a different representative that neither arrangement was delivered. Once again I received assurances that they would look into the situation and resolve the issues. My 35 years experience as a senior sales and marketing executive kicked in and realized that the responses provided were scripted to deceive customers with product or service issues. I began to lose my patience at this point and requested a refund on both orders since it became clear I was getting the run around. I was informed that they would only cancel the order that was not delivered but had to verify with the FL florist first. The incorrect order to NY could not be refunded and offered a small discount for the error. I decided to escalate the issues and requested to speak to a customer service manager. After holding more than 10 minutes, the CSR informed me that all managers were busy addressing issues on other calls and they will call me back.
While waiting for the manager to call back, I decided to investigate the company. What I found was a long history of egregious business behavior. Honestly, I have never seen this many bad reviews for any business. After waiting more than 4 hours, I decided to take action and post my experience with the BBB, Consumer Affairs and other business websites. I will also post this review on all social media websites in an effort to protect future customers from making the same mistake. In addition, I also called Visa to dispute the charges and use their leverage to obtain a refund. They are actually very concerned about Visa merchants that abuse customer rights under the law. I suggest anyone having the same issues with JustFlowers.com to do the same.
So pleased with your service and flowers. Mom is in a nursing home back east & I'm out here in B.C. So It makes a difference to me that I know her flowers will be beautiful!

Flowers were not delivered. Confirmed they would be delivered. 5 days later notified had not been delivered due to the delivery address being remote which it is most definitely not. Too late to send flowers now as event has passed. Clerk was difficult to understand which made communication nearly impossible. No apologies for lack of delivery nor tardiness of notification. 20 minutes on hold. Tried to add another $10 fee to deliver late; then tried a discount, had to put me on hold to talk to supervisor to get a refund, now waiting 4 days to see if that happens. To say we are dissatisfied is hardly touching the surface of current emotions. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN. I have been trying to attach my order information but it is not happening and it should be if this site worked properly. Order # *******

Final page, says it's in US dollars but I chose Cdn so maybe you should get rid of the 'US dollars' on the last page, leads to confusion.
Quick and easy and good prices. It arrived as promised to the home of a friend that lost her husband. She was touched and sent me a picture of the delivery. That picture matched the picture on the website exactly and I was pleased. Thank you for the great work you all did at Justflowers.com

This order was for my daughter's birthday, I was not notified until late that they could not deliver on time and they rescheduled and delivered 3 days after her birthday. The arrangement, balloons and everything was different than what I ordered.
Site should also highlight the Delivery Fees and Packing/Handling Charges for more transparency needed nowadays.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
