I ordered $80.70 flowers to be delivered for my sister's 30th Birthday yesterday 1/15. I waited all day for her to thank me. I finally called JustFlowers.com at 5:30pm, was on hold for 15 minutes for them to tell me that they were planning to call me and let me know that the flowers weren't able to be delivered until the next day. I asked to speak to a manager and she put me on hold for ten more minutes to tell me that the managers are busy and would call me back ASAP. I waited a half hour and called back. The lady that answered told me that all the manager's went home for the night and that someone would get back to me the next day. I was so upset! I did get a call today. They said all they could do was deliver it today with an apology letter and refund me $15.00. I said forget it, I already had to apologize to my sister and ruin the surprise. I just demanded that they refund me the money. I will never use this company again! They completely ruined my present to my sister on her 30th Birthday and put me through hell just trying to get answers and speak to a manager. Worst experience ever and now I have to send her a gift card that won't arrive for a week after her Birthday!

I ordered flowers from JUSTFLOWERS.COM on 1/8/20. Pink Lady standing spray for my Aunt's funeral on 1/11/20. The reason I ordered was because I was several hours away from where the funeral was being held and I thought I was saving some time. When I arrived to the funeral on Saturday morning my sister greeted me to let me know that the flowers I ordered were Wilted and droopy looked old and dying. I was so embarrassed and humiliated. I regret not taking pictures but I didn't want anyone know that those flowers were from me. Once I arrived back home I called customer service to let them know that I was a dissatisfied customer and I told them about the flowers and they acted like they didn't believe me and said that they had to contact the florist and that they would call me back. LIES they didn't call me back on Saturday night like they said they would. I called them back and they offered to refund me $5.00 and yes i declined it I asked to speak to a supervisor but of course no one was available. I called back on Monday morning and finally got hold of a Supervisor who wanted to offer me $10.00 refund again I declined because i strongly believe that my money should be refunded. So they called thee funeral home to see if the funeral attendants noticed the flowers. I'm the customer not them. This issue is still not resolved. This is the first and last time that I order anything from JUSTFLOWERS. I DO NOT recommend them to anybody. I am giving them a no star review. Save your money and find a local florist that can satisfy your floral needs. JUSTFLOWERS is a rip off and don't care about their customers or the service they receive. I will NEVER use them again. This is the worst service ever. I hope that this review can help someone. I wish I had of read the reviews before I placed my order.Do Not Order from JUSTFLOWERS.

The container was not the quality that was shown in the picture and when i received my credit card statement the price was higher than quoted. I will probably use a local flower shop in the future

The local florist had problems delivering...I gave a specific time slot, also my phone numbers and the receptients, but they didn't notify anyone and went back only to deliver when someone else opened the apartment doors, why they didn't call my daughter whom I was sending the flowers to that they were there or call me or call you back is beyond my understanding but your staff was great in meeting my expectations you are fantastic.
I ordered same day delivery for a family member who is in Hospice care. That was on Tuesday 12/31/19. I am still waiting for the delivery to be made. I called twice and was on hold for a long time then got "disconnected". I emailed the company and they told me that all they could do for me was credit me $5.00 and deliver the flowers today. I told them that I wanted my shipping cost reimbursed and an email when the delivery is complete. A couple hours later, I received an email saying that they cannot fulfill my order and will deliver something else. Not even sure what it is that I spent the money on... DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I should have read the reviews prior to ordering.

Yes, the orders was received. A day later then I was told it would be there for my aunt's birthday. I was very disappointed with the customer service representatives I spoke with (yes...plural associates). Even after I called to give directions on google map with them on the phone it still was not delivered on time. I did call and express my concerns their response was with what I felt was no apology. I will not be using them for future services.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
