I know who to call the next time I need flowers
Delivered two days late and then blamed it on me for it being a business address - saying they couldn't find it, yet they found it on second attempt without calling me or my wife. Then you tried to charge me for a second delivery. I have sent flowers to her at same address from your services before with no problems.
Will not order from you again since I was suppose to pay in Canadian funds & was charged in USA funds. Talked by telephone to respresentives of just flowers about my concerns & was told I would receive 20% credit - still waiting! Then, of course, if they are talking about e-mail notices that are sent out to customers - then everyone is given notice of a 20% of their next order! Go figure?

I had previously ordered through justflowers for a friend in Rock Island, Illinois, and everything was great. So, I ordered again last December for a friend in Stuart, Florida, and the flowers delivered were not as pictured. The arrangement was very weak, and the roses were not fresh. Some had started to droop. I felt bad enough about it that I sent another arrangement through a local florist in Stuart, FL.
Shopping was easy but I will be happy to hear from her that they poinsttias were beautiful and fresh..
So far so good. I'll wait to see what gets delivered.
When we ordered the flowers, we specified to have them delivered on December 21. They were delivered on December 27. Absolutely, not timely. I will never use this website again.
This was a gift for an elderly aunt and uncle as their Christmas from in the USA. It was very much appreciated.

Very festive arrangement
One star is not low enough, and I see from all the other negative reviews I am not alone. I only wish I had seen this site before ordering from this company. I ordered a gift arrangement for Valentine's Day and a balloon sent to my own home, over $100. Never arrived and quite spoiled my day, causing me to run out to the grocery store for a quick down and dirty arrangement and a balloon to bring to the host of a party that evening. Next day in stead of the flowers and balloon, credit and apology I receive an email confirming my flowers have been delivered, they have not. I tried to reach customer service being put on hold for 20 minutes at a time and disconnected several times. Finally I reach a live person, explain the situation, she says she must call the local florist, I tell her it is closed at that hour, she doesn't understand me and disconnects. I call back, this time the person cannot hear me, I am shouting and loosing my voice. She keeps referring to "my concern" I keep saying no, it is my complaint. I ask for a manager, no better. She says she has to verify with the local florist to confirm that it wasn't delivered, implying I am lying. I am the customer, the local florist is their agent. She should have immediately apologized & given me a full refund. This is still going on and I will not drop it. Even if I receive my full refund, the angst and inconvenience this has caused and the poor way in which it has been dealt with by JF customer service representatives has put me on the road to warn everyone I can reach through social media and review sites, not to use this service. At the peak time in the year for flower deliveries one would think that they are staffed up enough to meet the demand and provide at least the bare minimum of customer service, but they are not. Please avoid using them and save your self disappointment. I will not update or change this review even if I receive my refund. Whatever they may provide will be too little too late.
OK, easy and good price
The flowers were dried out and started to die the second day after they were delivered. Should have been given a refund.

I was looking at FTD to have 3 different arrangements sent to 3 friends/family for Christmas. Just Flowers looked like they were less expensive and just as nice arrangements. So I submitted 3 separate orders. I soon received emails & calls that I needed to pay an additional $20 for delivery of the first arrangement (which would have the delivery charge $30...half the cost of the arrangement!). I was frustrated, so the JF rep said she would split the cost and charged me an additional $10 for delivery. Then, the next day, same thing happened for the second arrangement and I told her I wanted to cancel my orders and I was not going to authorize any additional $$. She said that the arrangement had already been made and she couldn't cancel. Can you say 'Bait and Switch'? In the end, she canceled one order (I had to scramble to find something on Amazon that would be delivered before Christmas...thanks Just Flowers) and she waived the additional $20 charge she requested for the second arrangement. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH JUST FLOWERS AGAIN, for obvious reasons...but, thanks for asking my opinion after 2 months! We will see if this gets published...

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
