Roses were already open upon delivery indicating they were not fresh
Arrived a day late. Not many blooms.
My mom received the flowers on december 23, but they were left outside in freezing cold temperatures, with no covering and no notice. The flowers were frozen and died right away, she sent me a picture and they looked sickly and definitely not worth the money. Extremely disappointed! Will not be ordering again from his website.
I thought it was very expensive and the delivery was expensive.

Once i saw the arrangement at my daughters house. It was pretty, but it didn't have cinnamon sticks in it like it showed in the picture, so, i was midly dissappointed. Still happy, tho
I was told flowers would ship Friday, they didn't try to deliver flowers until *******@4pm. I confirmed cancellation with justflowers at 3pm Monday.
Always easy to do and the flowers are always beautiful.

My mother usually always gets flowers that resemble the picture displayed. The product I picked out for my mom and wife, were roses of the same color and size for Valentine's Day.
My wife received roses that were two different sizes, small dark red ones, and the normal size red flower. The small darker roses were basically useless, and were tossed after 3 days. They looked shriveled. My mother lives in another city, so two different shops. I will go back to buying my wife flowers from a local florist.
Received flowers in the time that I ordered in perfect shape! Plants lasted over a month for my wife and family to enjoy.

The delivery experience wasn't good and they didn't have a card on the order as I wrote a lovely note to be attached too order and it wasn't there? They had NO idea who sent the flowers to them? I had to call my client to confirm the delivery as ur people told me they were unable to delivery the flowers

I truly couldn't be more disappointed and dissatisfied with my purchase! My order was scheduled to be delivered on Valentine's Day, but was delivered the day after instead. When I called the customer service number I was treated very poorly and told there wasn't a supervisor available to speak to me because they were handling other matters. I really can't believe how I was treated. I really would still like to speak to a supervisor when they have time to take care of a customer purchased from them.
