This is the third time I've used these services and two of the three times they called and had to change what I order because they didn't have what I ordered. How ever they did make a good effort to still get the changed order there on time.

I THINK THIS IS THE 3RD TIME I HAVE PURCHASED FROM YOU, YOUR SERVICE AND QUALITY ARE RIGHT ON THE BALL - I was however somewhat surprised to pay more than I expected, reason being Valentines day, which as I now appreciate, is a universal fact of life. Main thing, the lady loves her flowers.

Thankyou for interrupting the procedure, without it I would have failed! I was offered a discount part way through but did not jot it down and forgot it by the time I got to the end! I am an old lady who is not very good on the computer. I ordered for my friend in USA and she was thrilled with them so I presume they were delivered in time for Christmas and gave her great pleasure.

It was very nice to get a delivery confirmation this time - I knew they had been delivered. My prior experience without one was really annoying because I then had to call three or four times to find out if they had been delivered. When I'm on one side of the country and the flowers are being delivered on the other side of the country it is imperative to have a delivery confirmation.
