This latest order was for a funeral and the home. I was told both were absolutely beautiful. The white roses opened up the day of the funeral and looked simply wonderful with a feeling of extra comfort in that fact.

My grandma cried and said the plant was beautiful and the delivery man was very nice and even offered to carry it inside and put it in a high shelf for her. Website easy to use and great selection. Delivery on Saturday was an awesome bonus
The item received did not closely resemble the item I chose from and for the price including the fact I was paying in Canadian Currency, it was appalling. Between the local florist and justflowers.com, we worked it out, but I can't see myself ordering flowers from any on-line service such as this again.

I have only used this site once before to order flowers for a special occasion ~ I'm just a little nervous about the actual arrangement that is delivered. Will it look as pretty as it does on the website? How can I be certain without seeing a photo or reassurance from the florist who makes the arrangement that is delivered? (Post delivery :) This order was part of a gift for my sister's landmark birthday, so it was very important that she really love the arrangement. However ~ she lives in a very small town with no local florist so I wasn't sure where the flowers would come from. The afternoon of the delivery I got a call from a florist nearby asking my approval for the replacement of one of flowers that they didn't have on hand. They were SO accommodating and apologetic about it ~ resulting in an even lovelier arrangement. My sister was so thrilled that she took a photo of the arrangement and sent it to me! Bravo, justflowers.com ~ your customer service excels!
Wanted order delivered day they were ordered. Three days later I was informed they would not be available for three more days,therefore my special occasion bouquet was considerably late. Customer service person was not very helpful.Wondering why it took three days to inform me about delays. I sent an E-mail noting my displeasure,but never heard back from that either.
