The arrangement delivered looked NOTHING like the one I chose. Horribly disappointed! Filed a complaint immediately & was given $10 credit. What a joke! Will NEVER use this service again for any reason! By the way...why am I being asked to complete a survey 2 months after the fact. You people are idiots! Only wish I could post pics. I am certain that others would agree that I got ripped off. Rant over. Stop bothering me now.

Your online ordering system needs some adjusting as I tried to edit cart but could not do so. I had to start the process over several times, which is an annoyance.
