The delivery didn't happen when scheduled. I had to contact customer service to find out where the flowers were and when then would be delivered. The recipients were of the bouquet said the flowers were really nice.

The flowers were delivered to a very close friend who was hospitalized in a different sate. So, I never actually saw what was delivered...My friend liked the flowers that were delivered and thats what was most important to me.

I chose a very large elaborate flower arrangement that cost $69.99 with handling fees the total was $90.96.
At first I received a message from the florist in Daytona Beach that they could not fill my order because 6/2/15 they didn't have the flowers I ordered. Then the florist went ahead and delivered a substitute arrangement on 6/2/15.
It was not at all like the one I selected in color or size...you can buy this sort of arrangement at the grocery store for $29.00 or less.
I reported all of this to customer service, for which I was offered a $5.00 handling charge.
To me, this was an insult! $ 25.00 would have been more of a fare settlement. However, I completely gave up since your customer service is somewhere in the Phillipines and their time difference was rediculous calling me at 8:00 a.m. and calling my Aunt whom I sent the flowers to! (I didn't want them to be disturbed with the florist error) The entire ordeal just got out of hand. I will make it a point to STOP using Just Flowers as I used to order from many times in the past.

All I can say is they were sent from me in IN to a friend in CA so all I can go by is that she didn't feel they were worth the cost. Sorry. I never saw them
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
