I clicked the $10 off coupon at the beginning, but was not given the opportunity to use it. Also the flowers were not as full and beautiful as I had hoped they would be.

Ordered for Mother's Day because the website and order confirmation both stated they would be delivered on that day. They were not delivered, but I saw on their fine print that if something wasn't delivered on the scheduled date, they would do so the next day. I figured I could live with that, so I didn't complain. The flowers were delivered the day after Mother's Day, so I thought fine. My mother called and said they were "beautiful" because what else was she going to say? I asked her to send me a picture. I couldn't believe how awful the flowers were. It looks like the sad flowers they sometimes sell at convenience stores. But at least at a convenient store it wouldn't cost me $70! I thought the flowers were bad enough but the customer service has been atrocious. I'm now over an hour in between phone calls and emails, and the best they can do is a $10 refund. The "customer service" person is obviously used to angry customers. First she tried to convince me that the flowers had satisfied the "types" of flowers in the photo so they had satisfied their part, then that they had to talk to the florist before they could do anything, then that I was outside the 7-day window for complaints (I first emailed the same day as the delivery), then that it was a Mother's Day delivery and florists run out of flowers so I shouldn't have expected much. I told her that I was seeing many horrible reviews online, to which she replied that what I was seeing (how did she know what I was seeing?) was less than 1% of all orders, that almost all their customers are very happy with their orders. I see from reading many more reviews though that the vast majority of the positive reviews were made before the person received or actually saw the flowers. Basically, they are only reviewing ease of ordering. This company is the absolute worst! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Scam, charged credit card immediately. Said they would attempt delivered date after it was supposed to be delivered. Never showed up 3 more times. As of today not received a refund.

I ordered last Sunday a bucket of flower from them and in the brochure it was $54.00 and at the end of conversation I asked the sales girl how much she will charge my account. She said, $54.00. The next day, my card is charge for $84.00. I called the company customer service and she said, the handling fee and the tax, delivery fee, comes out to total $ 84.00. I was not informed when I ordered it. She promises to return $5.00 only. Just be aware, the price that is the brochure is not what they charge! Worst company to order the flower for.

Only problem was the card was signed "Love Grandma Moore". Not sure how "Grandma" got confused with Thomas Moore
I liked all the options I was able to add to my selection to make the arrangement special for my granddaughter.
I made an order for mother's day and It has never been delivered. I've contacted justflowers.com by email. They answered me saying they would check it out and get back in touch, what has never happened. So, I've tried to reach them by phone and nobody answer it. I spent $65 and haven't have any refund. It is the worst place ever. Don't trust It!

As a US military veteran living in Hungary I decided to send my mother flowers on mothers day, I chose well and ended up spending just under 100$ for flowers. When my mother did not say thank you I asked her (a week later) what she thought of the flowers, she never got them.
No one called me, the money is not returned and if I would not have asked, I would not have known.
I am very upset and I find that being on hold for over 10 minutes is not acceptable and even worse, not sending the flowers which were paid for is simply robbery.
For the first time in my 51 years, I failed my mother on mothers day thanks to just flowers.
Never again.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
