I was not notified when my gift was delivered. Then, I saw a picture of the floral basket sitting on her table. I paid for the largest upgrade, it did not match my expectations.
They checked every detail, notified the recipient and contacted me when there was a problem on my part. Everything was checked and the flowers were delivered on time. We were all very happy with the care and professionalism of Just Flowers.
The fall flower arrangement I had sent to my mom for her birthday were stunning. They arrived on time and were very impressive. My mom has dementia. I was told she loved the bright colors. She may not remember who they came from, but to make her birthday a little brighter is good enough for me.
The flowers were supposed to be delivered on Saturday 10-19-2024. They were not delivered until Tuesday, 10-22-2024 after 3 phone calls.

Beautiful bouquet arrived lifting my friend's spirits
Easy to order. Arrived on time and was accepted well.
I placed my order online since calling and trying to place an order on the phone wasn't successful. After I placed the order I received an email and call that I owed another $12 and since Just Flowers authorized the extra expense on my behalf without consulting me I couldn't cancel the order and was forced to spend over what I had set aside for this purchase. I will never use Just Flowers again.
Ordered from UK. The recipients were delighted with them. The website was easy to use with a large selection to choose from.
Delivery was timely, and I am told the arrangement was very nice.
Delivered exactly what was ordered, it even looked like the picture!

My sister celebrated her 70th birthday on October 10. On October 8, I used JustFlowers to send her an arrangement with Stargazer Lilies, a favorite flower. The arrangement included both blooms and buds, which means the flowers will be fresh and last longer. The website was easy and the flowers arrived on time. She was very touched.
Having ordered the premium flower bouquet, I was disappointed that the arrangement was not more artistically designed - it just looked like more flowers were added - no other thought given. Thank goodness recipient was pleased.

Flowers were beautiful. One small problem was they were not delivered on the express time at 1pm. I then had to call about that which apologies were given and said it would arrive later. Later it was… 6:30pm!

It took too many follow up phone calls and emails to ensure delivery after the first delivery failed.
Poor customer service. Too much use of third parties. Go with a smaller company.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
