I received the items ordered in a very timely manner. One item was perfect, the other was not due to fit and style. I elected not to return the item because it probably would have cost me as much to return it as it did to buy it.
All of my packages have been rec'd, last one was Saturday, 9-17-2022... all well-packaged, no issues! Even liked the plastic 'envelopes they were shipped in!

Had a problem with sizing, had to pay postage to china which was very expensive. I did not return it due to cost. They told me to keep the item and they would ship the new size free. Who else would do that. I would recommend this site for clothes shopping. Fabrics are good quality, just make sure you order the correct size.

I ordered two blouses on 2022.07.20. On 10 August I then received one. Since not fit I wanted to return this to JustFashionNow and have communicated this by email.
If you want to retorun goods, there is a return address in Guangzhou, China. The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer and are absolutely no equivalent to the ordered goods.
Absolute impudence is that JustFashionNow suggests that you better keep the goods instead of returning them. As goodwill, they would refund 15% of the purchase price. The 15% is an absolute impudence.
I am still waiting for the second blouse...

I ordered the wrong size of the first two blouses and with the 15% cash back that I accepted and got to keep the blouses. I reordered in a larger size and received them yesterday. I'm very pleased with the product and with the treatment that I have received from Just Fashion Now. I will order again.
I found your clothes very nicely designed. I tried not to buy any of the same style as I wanted to make sure they fit my body and that the sizing was right. What I discovered is that some of the "larges" and "mediums" I ordered were way too big. One of the "larges I ordered" was too small. My ordering size was based on the measurements for each of the separate garments. If you return garments, just know ahead of time (before you order) that the process of returning maybe a long time as you have to send them back to Guanzuo China and you are responsible for shipping to return and any customs tax for returns. I chose to keep my oversized and undersized garments because shipping and customs would eat up all the money I would have received back for the returns.
It was not like pictured and there was no address to send it back! Disappointed!

Love the styles! Shipping a bit high - easy forms to complete
My one item took a month to arrive. The fabric is unusual and requires ironing. I falsely assumed it was a Jersey that would be easy to launder. Sizing was true so item did fit nWon't order from them again

There is a size chart under the product details of each item. We recommend you use the size chart to better determine your ideal size because sizing varies between our items.
If the size of the requested item is not the same as the ones stated on our size chart, it would be better to send us photos for checking so that we can handle your issue in the best way. You still can return the items if you want according to the return policy.

Love your tops! I ordered 10 of them, and like all of them. Only one of them was a little tight around the stomach area, but if I lose 5 lbs it will fit right!
