. Great colours and products All my order came in a timely fashion except for one pair of pants. I enquired two weeks after it arrived and I was answered promptly that the pants would arrive and they did! Very pleased with Customer Service!

Trying to refund a sweater but receipt paper print is to faint to read.
Not a pleasant experience to return any of the items that don't fit. I don't know why we can't just mail it to the Carson, Ca. Address that was on the package. Some of the fabric was not very nice to touch.
The clothes are made of hard material, the pictures do not look like what actually finally comes to you after weeks of waiting. Trying to return something is horrible. They offer 15% at first and then go up to 30% of what you paid. It was supposed to have been a US company but turned out it was China. So, they cheat, they lie, and they steal money from the US. If they wanted to do right by you, when you are not happy with the quality, fit and service.
Some sizes were way off and some of the fabrics were disappointing. I will be returning two items however am concerned about the cost of doing this and whether it will be worth the cost.
I am happy with two dresses and one jacket.
I ordered 8 blouses, 6 of which were too big, one fit well, and one was WAAAAY too big!
Despite the tops being attractively modeled on the website, all the fabrics were polyester prints and the quality was less than expected.
The prices are good. It took a long time to receive my items after I ordered them because they were shipped from China. I will not order from JustFashionNow again.

It's been good but I am finding the bust sizes are rather big for the small sizes. A small size should not be bigger than a 36 bust.
I find that the small sizes have bust sizes that are way to big. A size small should NOT have a bust size of 38 or larger! A women size small would be top heavy with breasts that large!
I didn't realise the rate exchange was as high as it was I was quoted $40 AUD but in actual fact I paid $56 AUD which surprised me a bit as my bank showed
I like the products; but my experience was terrible. It took too damn long for me to receive them!
First order took over a month, I waited. Wrong pants came and my necklace was missing. I didn't say anything. Then the wrong size blouse came that cost over $20.00 and I can't return it. Not a good track record and I can't do business with you any more
Great looking products and great prices
The only complaint I had was that I would click on one item and want to go to another item to click on it too, and it would not let me. It kept wanting me to check out the first item and I quit trying after a while. Then one day I finally was able to order the two things I wanted.
I ordered a coat online. It looked really stylish in their picture and the color was desirable. The fabric was very low quality; there was no lining; the coat was completely lacking in styling. I have requested to return it for refund.
The clothes are not great quality fabric, they don't look like the pictures. I am still waiting for 2/3 of my first order after 2 months. Some tops are too big, some too small, even when I ordered a size larger, based on reviews. Lets see if the rest of my order even shows up. I got a notice from the Company my order was shipped, and a tracking email would be sent. That was months ago!
Received item I never ordered and was never charged for, though company insisted that was not the case. When I wanted to return it, I was told they had to go back to China, and since that would be so expensive, I was offered a 15% refund. Since I had paid nothing, I said to forget it. Items I did order were what I ordered but were not very good quality. Since I had paid so little, I didn't really care, but I would not order from you again.
I ordered a month ago and still nothing. I would really like my stuff! How much longer do I have to wait?
