Did not read the size chart so the capris were too small. Order was on time, nicely packaged and nice quality. Am hoping to return the two pair and have ordered them again only in the correct size.

What I saw on the website, is not what I received. What I received was very cheap material. I guess that old saying of you get what you pay for is true. Sorry, but I will not be ordering from your company again.

Your pictures and what you receive are not correct. I did not like my dresses. How can I return.
Your mailing fees are too high even when one buys over $100.

The products looked great online. The fabric of my two items was very inferior to what they looked like online.

I have been very pleased with the cute things, however often the quality is less than hoped. Shipping is a little bit of a wait, but they come packaged very nicely. I won't buy here often as the return arrangements are very poor since everything is handled on a 'slow boat to china'. Definitely novelty -type items, material quality is quite poor.

Amazing website even for a person with chronic anxiety like me and delivered really nice and genuine products.

Although I had the tracking information. I was never able to track my package.

I followed the size guidelines, everything looks like it will fit a med size man. The material is so bad it feels like polyester plastic. I tried to return the items, but it would cost $60+international taxes. This company is a total rip. If it looks too good to be true, it's too good to be true. What a disreputable company. All the clothes will be donated to a charity. I hope they will take them.

Two items I ordered were a little too snug so I wanted to return them. I contacted *******@justfahionnow and this was the response: "Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any other related return charges (including possible customs fees). Your refund will be processed after our return center receives and inspects the return package. Since International returns might result in long waiting times and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund 【for the item(s) in question as compensation】 instead of returning the item(s). I did receive the refund but now I am "stuck" with two items I can't wear. I will not be ordering from JustFashionNow in the future.

I would have worn your clothing when I was younger. What nice selections.
I do not buy as much, since my clothes closet is busting at it's seams from all the clothes I have purchased over many years.
I do enjoy looking at them.

I ordered two items on August 11th. I checked with JFN after a couple of weeks when they said it had been sent. They emailed me something they called a tracer but it wasn't anything I could trace as they use a logistic place to do they mailings. When I received my Mastercard bill at the beginning of September, I saw they had charged my card even though I had not received the items. I emailed them to either take back their charge or send my items through UPS. They told me they don't do refunds but they had checked and my items would be delivered on 9/9. Next I got an email that the items had been delivered on 9/8. I did finally receive the items on 9/8 and let them know I had them. I have ordered several items from them and the quality of the products are always good but their delivery is slow. These last two items were even slower. If I order from them again I expect to have a long wait.
