The clothing did not have how to clean it. That question was answered. I through I was on Dana Buckman wedsite and I asked if it is Dana Buckman website. I did not get an answer to that question. The name on the website in Fashion Now. I was not happy with the clothing I rec'd and I canceled my other order but I asked what address to sent the first order back. No response to that question.
I think your site has really nice clothing but the shipping for the things that I ordered was almost as much as the items I ordered and I am not about to pay that. The items that you sell are not top quality therefore they don't last long but enjoy the product but not the shipping. I am also a senior and my money doesn't stretch very far it might benefit you to give seniors a discount.
I ordered a top while ago, am usually a large but it soooo big had to have major alterations, I then orders a dress and 2 tops, the dress was so small wouldn't even go over my head, same as one of the tops couldn't even do up down the front but the last top was perfect. Very frustrating. This is th fist time oredering clothes on line and certainly the last
Nice fashions, easy to use site sizes seem to be accurate to the size chart. I never liked buying clothes online as I like to try things on. You never know how they will fit. So far, clothes I've ordered here fit great.

My order number HBCO******* is two shirts, neither of them fit me, I have requested 3 times for a return label, and I still have not received it. I am going to call my credit card to stop payment, you are welcome to have the shirts back and I do not want to order anything else.
Money is taking up front and you wait for a month or more for items you order in summer do not receive to fall

I know better than to purchase from vendors that I haven't any experience. I should have known that when it took months to ship the dress ordered it was coming from China. So, needless to say, the dress was XL; not for us in America. So, I got on the website and said that I wanted to return the item and they convinced me that by the time it gets returned and all the time that would take, it would be better if I just take the refund at a discounted rate. I received $2.55 back and the dress was over $22.00.
Just be aware... I've learned by my mistake.
I ordered several pieces of clothing. They didn't arrive all at once but I did finally get all of them. They are really beautiful. Size wise: I ordered a size up to make sure they weren't too small. I really like the style of your clothes & the fabrics. I'm pretty pleased with everything and I'll definitely keep you in mind when I order again…..
Lots of great products. However, I placed my order on July 9,2022 and most of what I ordered was sent piecemeal. I received the last product yesterday, August 9,2022. I was somewhat disappointed in that, but none of the products were needed for a special occasion; so, it all worked out.

Some items did not fit or were poor quality. I put in request for return label, but all I got was info on how it would cost so much to return items to China, and I can get 15% back on my unwanted items. Not exactly a good way to do business.
The blouse looked like a pale blue and tan and they are very different-much bolder and not what I wanted. Both shirts., a blue floral and previous have a very low v neck. I will take up a seam in the shoulder to change these.
Nice selection of women's dresses. Material is flimsy polyester; will not do in heat here in Hawaii.
Ordered 2 items in August. 1 item delivered, and the dress I need for an upcoming wedding isn't here yet. Luckily the wedding is in October and I intend to get a back-up. I spoke with JFN and they don't have a clue when the dress will arrived. It's still somewhere in China, sure not on a boat or plane yet. Of course they're not contacting me about the delay, I have to contact them. First and last time I'll order here!
Loved the first 2 dresses. Great quality. My next purchase didn't fit quite right and I wanted to exchange for a smaller size. I am appalled that shipping back to China was the only way to return or exchange the 2 items. Ridiculous
The ordering nd delivering of this blouse was very easy. The only problem is that it is too big. I ordered a large. Can I exchange it for a medium?

I was delivered 5 pairs of sandals that I bot a size lager and they were still too small.
When I tried to return, I was responsible for return to CHINA, not where the return address on the delivery... so I had a choice to accept a return amount less that 1/2 of what I spent or pay $80 to return the package back to CHINA...
Buyer beware, if the product does not fit be prepared to LOSE your money!
