Th quality of the fabrics that I purchased were unsatisfactory, not at all like the pictures on your website. The return was also very unsatisfactory so you made some money and I will have to donate the items. The return policy is terrible.

I've ordered four fashion products from this website only to find out that every garment was incorrectly sized. I can't wear any of them--they were all way too big. I'm a petite and very few of the products online are XS, most are S but in reality even the S sizes are either Medium or Large or, in once case, Extra Large. These garments are getting donated to a charity. While the pictures of the products look great on their models online, buyer beware. Their sizing chart and the clothes available for purchase have no relation to one another. I was extremely disappointed that not just one but all four garments were mis-sized! Apparently there is no quality control in the manufacturing process to ensure garments are correctly sized. I'll not purchase from this website again.

I'm really disappointed in the dresses I bought. One was supposed to be brown, and it was beige. A poor color against the skin. The red shirt-waist was odd, just didn't fit right. The fabric on both was very cheap looking and stiff. I'd be afraid to wash them. Sending them back if I can figure out how. Their website doesn't offer any assistance.
After finally receiving the items I tried to return them but the website made it utterly impossible to do so. BUYER BEWARE. Ads are beautiful. Products themselves are terrible. I have tried Chinese products before. From poor to no quality control to out and out false advertising. Never again!

I was very happy with the clothes I ordered. Everything was right on! I'll admit I was a little spectacle since the prices were so good, I felt that maybe the quality might not be... however, I was extremely happy and will be re-ordering for sure.
The date between when I ordered the blouse and when it came was TOO long. In fact, I didn't receive anything from you until I wrote and asked about the blouse. Was happy with the blouse, but need to keep the long delivery delays in mind when I order something in the future.

Products quality are not as described/shown. Very thin, low quality cotton and linen used. Also one of the dresses I ordered was replaced with a similar dress without notification or consent.
Return was a complete hassle. I ate the cost and chalked this up to a bad experience. Want nothing to do with this scam!
The dresses I bought look very different from the photos I ordered from. In half of the items, the fabric is different altogether, as if it is a different one from the original item in the photo. I am not happy with my items and wish to return, But Customer Service has been notified and I have waited several days for an address, but they wont provide me a return shipping address so I may have to pursue a refund thru PayPal instead.
My order was made on 6 August 2022. In response to my query about my order, your CS Team advised me on 31 August that the item was not in stock and that I would be informed when the item is dispatched. As I have not heard from the CS Team since then, I presume that the item is still not available as at 9 September.
