I placed 2 different orders and the dress in the first order was just OK. The size was good but the fabric was of low quality, thick and stretchy, not like on the photo. In my 2d order all shorts, tops and leggings were great quality and right size, however there was a problem with sandals. I ordered size 8 and both pairs were marked size 40, one was probably 8,5 and the second pair size 9 or even 9.5. After a few emails with the Customer Service I got a refund for this pair and just donated it to charity. So all in all I was a happy customer.

Loved the styles. Sizing was a problem even though we used the guide for each item.

The yellow dresses showed pleats in the front. No pleats in front.

Great selectionI ordered a size that would have been way to large for me because I know your sizing is different then Canada's. However, it is too small for me. I love the design, and the quality but what do I do with it.

JustFashionNow advertises that their clothing is of high quality. It is not. I ordered dresses where the fabric felt like wrapping paper. Three of the dresses were the same size, the same style, and made by the same designer. Each of those three dresses ended up being different in sizing and fit. In addition, the sandals I ordered were not made of leather but were a hard plastic. Even though I ordered the correct size shoe, they would not even fit onto my foot.

I ordered many articles of clothing from JustFashionNow. They were shipped to me from a location in the United States. At no time was it ever mentioned that this is a company in China! It was only when some of the clothing needed to be returned and after 2 requests to the company to provide me with the return shipping address, that I was told that JustFashionNow was located in China and not the United States. They did state in several places that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, but this is true for most returns to companies. The shipping costs to China are quite high making returns practically impossible.

I would say that most of the items I have purchased from JFN are good, especially the shoes. The dresses and the tops are another thing entirely. Both of the dresses I purchased were not as pictured, the fabric is not what you see or the picture is very misleading and the sizes are unpredictable. Although I order a size Medium, what size they are when they arrive is a crap shoot.
The jeans are good though, stick with pants and shoes and you'll do alright I believe.

This was the first time l have bought clothes online l wasnt sure of the sizes overseas compared to Australia. I picked the wrong size & Justfashion went over & beyond to solve my dilemma with trying to exchange my order to a smaller size. They were excellent replying to my emails. Very prompt customer service. Sent me the right size & were kind enough to replace my items free of charge & l also didnt have to pay return postage for items that werent suitable. They let me keep them. Very satisfied with Justfashion service.

One was way too long. The other had an area that gaped open and you see my old lady skin!

I ordered a dress, for a specific event, which was supposedly shipped on Aug 3. It is now Sept the 6th. The dress has not arrived and I am unable to find any tracking information. After waiting so long I had to buy another dress and no longer need the one from Justfashionnow. I would like to cancel the order but your policy does not allow that. I had also ordered shoes which did not fit. I was given a choice between a 15% refund or paying to ship them back to China at my expense. I will not be doing any future business with this company.
