I ordered a medium and the shirt was too big. The shoukder sea, was half way down my arm. The sleeves covered half my hands.
I had to wear another shirt under it to take up the big shirt and role up the sleeves. I wore a belt so it fit better around the waist.

Loved the shoes I got decent for the money...however the tops I got were just ok...and the one jacket I purchased was really nothing like picture, I reached out about returning and have not heard back. Disappointed.

ORDER HBDDI******* I have tried your method of returns and it doesn't work saying my account does not exist, Facebook sign in doesn't work either nor does Google.

I ask you again to email me a pre paid postage label so that I can return these items and get a full refund of £61.53.

Good selection of holiday/Christmas tops at a good price

Bought a few items that I knew my daughter would like, which she did.

Found out the shipping to China may be cost prohibitive to send the items back. Not sure at this point what to do.

Good products, shipping costs are high, but it's good

This was my first buying experience. It was hard to track my order once I received notice the order had been shipped. The red sweater with the reindeer face was beautiful and based on the size listed I ordered a size M and it does run small. All of the items were packaged well and as far as the details they were right on.

Every thing was okay,but I think the shipping charge is to high I like their fashions, but I won't order again unless shipping is lower.

Loved the styles, colors and hopefully, once I receive it all, I'll love the
Quality of each item bought.

Is take to long time to receive my product and the process on that.

You claim you gave me a credit, the card I purchased it on was cancelled so you did not credit me! Take care of this and credit this Visa card. I am very unhappy with you insisting you credited my cancelled card. I was HACKED and this was a nightmare, that was why I had to cancel the card I checked with my bank and because the card was cancelled you could not issue a credit to that card! Please check your accounting dept as I will never buy anything from your company again if you do not issue me this credit!

It was easy to order and pay. The mini dress was perfect for my daughter.

I ordered a seasonal long sleeve shirt. Delivery took longer than anticipated but when I received it—-wow! Higher quality than I expected!

I do not recommend ordering from Justfashionnow and I will not order from them again! The advertised sweatshirts were in fact thin slinky material, not at all appropriate for winter. When I contacted them about returning the shirts they stated that they would have to be returned to China and I would have to pay for customs and international shipping which would be quite expensive. They offered me a 15% discount on my order if I would agree not to return my items. It also takes weeks to get an order
I WILL NOT be ordering from them anymore and I do not recommend this seller..

The products I have ordered are true to size and the fabrics are beautiful. Exactly as pictured.

Items were little disappointing not the quality i expected!
