Prices kept changing, the new discount for first order was stated at 15% then dropped to 10% and the shipping charge is WAY TOO high.
The CSR department responded with an apology for the trouble, an explanation for the difficulties, and a coupon for discounts on a future purchase. I was very impressed with their prompt response and explanation. Given that, I will give this site a second chance.

Products are good prices, and good quality. One item I wanted for Christmas did come in time.
Unlike other companies, they don't pay for postage on refunds. Instead they tell you it's expensive to ship to China and offer you 15% to keep your order. If something doesn't fit, it's going to cost you!
