Great site, easy to find details and pay, poor quality goods unfortunately

The return center is in China, you have to pay for the return and they only refund 15% of the price. I will never order from them again, the products not match the pictures, also I paid a big amount for shipping for my order. If I knew they were in China, I would never order from them.

The quality is ok and the browsing of the site can be addictive. Postage is pricey, specially for one pair of leggings and made them expensive for what they are. My main issue is that I am now plagued with messages from this company several times a day to the extent that they are becoming a nuisance. I should unsubscribe but like browsing.

I have tried on a few occasions to use coupons w/o luck. Have one now for 20% off, code TY20 that expires 02/28/2023. Frustrating.

I wasn't happy with my last order as much. Will be returning some items. Or maybe not as postage for returns to China is expensive! I'm finding info on some clothing is incomplete, or different than what I receive. Sizing is hit or miss. And items that look like sweater material online, are not, and that changes the whole look. I really want to love the clothes, but they don't always translate from photo to real life.

I read that if I spend $79.00 then shipping is free but it's not. I was charged shipping fees. Also I click Aust Currency but was charged US $ plus I had to paid conversation fees as well. So it was rather pricey

Not all items were received and there was no indication of when the missing items would be sent.
Also, as I ordered a number of items the print on the enclosed packing slip was so small as to be unreadable.

Great variety and price but returns was a nightmare

I received all items ordered with the exception of one dress and have received no update on it.

The quality of the clothing I chose is better than I expected and I absolutely love the products. The only;problem is
That they are too large for me and I would describe the return process as very difficult and the cost of the returns is
More than what the items I purchased.
Someone is going to enjoy them when I take them to a shop that helps the less fortunate people in our town.

Love this site. Good quality items for reasonable price. Fabrics not always what it looks like in pictures, but usually very nice.

Prices are competitive; quality is good BUT if you do have the need to return, beware that your package came from and needs to be returned to CHINA. You are responsible for return fees so they can get costly for out of the country returns because of customs fees, etc. Just Fashion Now knows this so when you request a return shipping label, they offer to refund you 15% of the cost of the returned items instead of sending them back. I ordered 5 items - 4 received; 2 of which are too big and I need to return. Those two items costed me about $80.00 - I will be refunded under $10.00. I don't know the exact cost to return to China, but I can tell you that my boss ordered 3 dresses (to wear to a wedding and couldn't decide which so she ordered the 3 she liked returning what she didn't keep if anything). The items were shipped from the UK. The 3 dresses cost $1,000.00. I had to fill out out all kinds of forms on Fedex, including customs forms, all at a cost of OVER $400 TO RETURN THE DRESSES. Knowing that I was scared to go forward with requesting the return label and decided to cut my losses. Needless to say, had I known I was ordering from China, I would have probably not ordered. So this applies to any online ordering, PLEASE find out where your items are shipping from BEFORE your place an order in case they need to be returned.

No where on the receipt does it say shipping out of the country, all it says is customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Was disappointed in the quality of the sweater. Cost of returning it is not worth it.

Easy to follow program. Like the items for sale and the prices are fair. However with the exchange rate and the fee for shipping and handling, it's just way to expensive for me. Maiybe when the economy immproves...

Unfortunately the sizings were far too big for me. From the four purchased I had to return three, which was unfortunate. Now just awaiting refund.

I had difficulty returning to see my original Oder so I could track everything I ordered. Very hard to ch on any of my orders to tract them. Did speak to customer service one and was assured they were on order. It should be easier to track your orders.

Website is good, easy to use--items so far have been good quality and well-fitting!

I would like to see more details of the product.
This week ( March 15) I received the last if my order placed end of January. So took a long time to get everything. The products are of a really good quality. It was worth the wait!
