Easy ordering,but sizes not accurate & part of order not as pictured.

I have not received my order which was placed back in March. I check my mail to see that it was sent...then when go to track it, it tells me that I was refunded. I have no idea why, and have emailed you guys and have not gotten a reply back. The refund was made a few days after the order and I was not notified! Needless to say I will never order from you again!

Great for ordering but since I placed and order last week I've not heard anything and I needed to return a top but no one has replied.

Easy shopping had to return an item but had no issues.

Regretfully I have many open orders with JFN and am still waiting for parts of my orders from more than a month ago to be delivered. It is a mess top track, and although I am grateful that you are keeping me up to date on most of the delivery delays, I have not received an update on all of the items that I am still waiting for
I have responded to various messages from JFN if I wanted to reorder something different for items that could not be delivered, but have chosen to take the refund instead. I do hope that the refund will be honored, and that you will give me instructions on when and how to expect that refund.
I think you have lovely items, and once it is on its way, the delivery is handled really well as well. What I, as your customer is left wanting and where I see room for improvement, is the information that a product is available or not, before I place the order.

Silver wedding or evening shoe I purchased was a 7.5 and a size 8 would have been more comfortable due to the straps.

Ireceived a top that had a flaw in the fabric and wished to return it as damaged goods, merchandise, but have been unable to return the item.

This was my first time buying from JustFashionNow. I ordered 13 tops, and to my amazement every item was true-to-size, and the quality was good. I shop a lot, and most places nowadays do not have the same quality yet are costly. Will shop from JustFashionNow again.

Very Pleased with Quality, some items took a long time to arrive.

Beautiful clothes etc. easy checkout. Liked the pop up ads presented. They are not only pretty they are comfortable.

I ordered a number of products - all using the size guide.
Some items fitted fine whilst others were far too small and I had to give them away to a friend.

Good clothes. Fix according to the chart. Slacks a little long. I hemmed them myself. Took a while to get here.

I FINALLLLLLLLY got the price the dress refunded--but it came back in dribs and drabs $2 here --$1.75 --3
$3.00 and finally the full amount--this is just too much work and the fabric was low quality and the colors misrepresented. They told me I could "keep the dress" wear it to where? Horrible I will not hope there again--but I do thank them for getting me a reasonable refund.
