IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS, I WOULD. THEY ARE CRIMINALS, PERIOD. Purchased items 6 mos. Ago - they charged my ccard 5/29/19. Over a month goes by, no Shipping Notification (email), nothing. I email them, they say it 'will ship in a few days.' Needed the tops for a wedding in July & said if they don't come by X date, just refund me. Their reply is 'take a discount voucher instead or don't you want to get something for a friend' SERIOUSLY? NO, just refund me! Their website conveniently doesn't work, to initiate an Exchange/Refund. You can't enter any data. Nice touch! So the first top comes, poorly made & fabric so thin you can see through it. Not at all like the photo online. I return it to the Point of Origin in Calif. With Delivery Confirmation. I email them please DON'T SEND THE 2nd TOP. They do, it's just like the first, only a different color. Again, I send back to the address it came from w/ Deliv. Conf. They don't acknowledge they have their items back, nor do they respond to my many requests for a refund. I'm out all the postage but it's in my Credit Card company's hands. I am getting my $$ back. BEWARE

No customer service, quality of garments... rubbish. I ordered 4 items, one was out of stock and I am still waiting for refund, one was not as advertised and I was offered $3 refund or $5 voucher from next purchase... why would I but a second time? One was not true to size and I need to alter if I am ever going to wear it. This company is a distribution point, it sources product from factories all over China therefore has no quality control process in place. They are not interested in goods being returned for refund... I was told it cost too much in postage to return hence the offer of paltry credit. Buyer Beware with this company.

This business is horrible - the product is not at all like it is shown or described on the web and it takes weeks to get to you if you are in the U.S. The products are cheap silk with poorly screen printed designs - quality is very sub par. In addition, you either have to pay for shipping the product back to China (well over the value of the product) or they will give you 15% of what you paid for it. 15% - that is insane.

The quality of the clothes offered is excellent, the price is quite convenient, and even the designs are excellent.
Don't order anything.IT is what everyone else is saying. It comes from China and the quality is horrible; nothing like the website. Then they tell you to take a lousy 20% store credit or 15% refund as it will cost more than the item to chip it back to China. What a great way to take people's money!

I find that JustFashionNow are thieves. They disguise their shoes as though they are of ok quality, immediately take your money and it takes two months to receive all the items ordered and at all different times. Then they insult peoples intelligence with saying that since you can't return the item back to China in time (15 day) the company will go ahead and offer you 15% of the total back or 20% exchange as if they are looking out for people's best interests.
Their shoes are of very poor quality and the company lacks honesty in their business practices. Knowing full well that they ship your products without boxes, (The one pr. Of shoes out of four had a box & it was smashed) with creases that you are not able to straighten out of the shoes in order to wear them, due to their shipping standards.
The return policy is highway robbery, it is sad that they will still get orders from their website, which is a misrepresentation of the product your actually selling and sending to their customers. I will be on EVERY website and forum informing people the real story behind the companies and the lack of care and responsibility to offer the customer what seems to be advertised. Beware, the glue on some shoes is bad, it is not cork on the chunky heels, it's contact paper. The size charts are really off and buckles and velcro closures are not placed correctly.

Ordered five items about a month ago and received one so far. Very cheap quality. Asked for return information. They said it would be cheaper to receive a 15% of refund and keep the item ( the quality like something you can get from a flea market for $2-3). Not worth keeping it. They would not cancel the rest of my order and keep telling me they are on a way. Impossible to track the order since written in Chinese.
