I ordered a dress, top and potato bag. The top on the website clearly appeared to have multiple layers in the image- the actual product was a cheaply printed image of sewn materials on very poor quality fused fabric. The "potato" bag was nowhere near what the website image showed. Rather than a reasonably large bag it came as a small rectangular box which would be insufficient to grow anything in, let alone potatoes. This is after taking 3 months to arrive.
I've shopped here before, but recently (and for the first time) I needed to return some items because they didn't fit. I got in touch and they couldn't have been more helpful! I received news within 24 hours of emailing it. An absolute pleasure to deal with your staff.
