I received my package. I want to return the items that do not fit, but with the covid outbreak that is happening worldwide right now, in my country we are currently closing for a month with only essential services open. This does not include international postal services. I sent an email to tell them if I can extend my return period. I received an instant response with helpful and easy-to-follow instructions on what to do and how they can help me. Very satisfied with my result and I feel valued as a client. Thank you!

Just Fashion is a scam. When you buy in the website you have no reference that the clothes are coming from China, all the prices are in Canadian or US dollars, etc... The delivery is supposed to be in 10 business days! But when I bought online, my surprise was that it took 10 business days to collect the package in China, and after more than two months I am still waiting to receive it in Canada. I have sent several emails, but they don't care, they are not reimbursing me the money or the package. I believe public customer service and the police should check on this website.

First and foremost, I very rarely complete reviews on products simply because they sometimes take an absorbent amount of time to complete. However, in the case of this company, I feel it's almost a duty to do a review. First, nothing about this company and website is legitimate. To begin, when I attempted to log onto the website it was somewhat difficult at best. This problem should have served as an indicator to me to not pursue their products any further, but I did so anyway. I did buy several items from the site which totaled $140.00.

Most of the items I selected were beautiful on the website. They use professional models and computer enhanced photos to make their products look better than they actually are. When I received the products they did not resemble anything I had seen on the company's site. The items were subpar and of low quality. The thread used on their products is cheap and all the items I received resembled something that might be made in a sweatshop. Their website is set up to deceive customers. This company does not list a telephone number on its customer service website so the only way to contact them is through e-mail in which they take days to respond to.

Additionally, when they did bother to answer my e-mail they gave me two options, return the items to China at my own expense or accept a fifteen percent refund, which came out to be $11.89 cents. So, no matter what you think, no matter what you do, avoid this company at all costs. They are deceitful, their product is nothing but garbage and they will rip you off. I didn't even give the stuff to Goodwill; I just threw it all in the trash. So, avoid this company like the plague and alert anyone you know to do the same.

What a great web site. Outfit ideas not only revolve around model figures, but lots of cool ideas for us 'generous' body types. The website feels very friendly with the little personal comments added by the girls who run it. They inform you from the beginning that if you need to return something, this will not be a problem (you must pay the return fee, but that is a reasonable rule).
I found a larger size available here that was not available in the clothing brand store!

I ordered a polka dot summer frock, which took 6 weeks to arrive. The item was very poor quality, made with the cheapest kind of thin, shiny polyester.
I tried to send it back for a refund but their online returns system does not work - I tried several times to get a return label but the site kept saying 'locked' every time I pressed the 'submit' button. (If you ever do get through they have to send you an email with an autorisation!) I waited for 4 hours for it to become unlocked and then tried again twice on two consecutive days with the same result. I emailed their 'helpdesk' only to be told to do exactly what I told them I'd been doing for the past couple of days. In the end they sent me an email saying that the returns department was in China and it could take several weeks to process a refund and the cost of sending the item could be considerable.
As an incentive not to go down this route I was offered either a 20% discount on my next purchase (as if I would ever buy anything from them again!) or a 15% cash refund! I opted for the latter simply to put an end to this whole sorry mess. They obviously don't want you to return items as they make it nigh on impossible to do so. Don't touch this company with a barge pole - go elsewhere. Product as abysmal as their customer service.

I'm not a fan of buying clothes online, now I've changed my mind. This website is amazing and full of information to help you make the right decisions, and the return policy gives you peace of mind. Your website allows you to research and store so much information, it's like having a dressmaker sitting next to you. I received my order in less than two weeks. Extremely impressed, the extra effort made by these women speaks volumes about the high quality of the company.

This wasn't the first time I bought clothes online, but it's the first time I bought clothes that really fit me! Customer product reviews on their website along with photos, model size option in photos, videos of the garments on a real person and their own product description ensured that when I received my dresses they really fit! And the fact that the first return of any item that doesn't fit is free gave me confidence to buy without the risk of getting stuck in return postage.
