I ordered 3 items at the beginning of April and, after a 2 months' wait and no sign of my package, emailed repeatedly for updates. All I received were computer-generated replies - such as those in the many complaints below "Sorry for any inconvenience. We understand that different people have different expectations on the items but we are always trying to offer the most favourable goods to our customers". Worse possible customer care EVER. Thankfully I paid via PayPal (which I recommend - either that or pay with a Visa card), so logged a complaint with them and their intervention paid off as I received my goods a week later - but it was a full 3 months of waiting. I recently ordered something from John Lewis and it arrived the next day - pandemic or not! Finally, I agree with other reviewers - my clothes are NOTHING like the images and terrible quality. I'll make a quick visit to Primark next time if I want cheap, rubbish goods - at least I can put them back on the shelf quickly and easily! Unfortunately there's not a zero rating which I would've chosen so had to go with 1s all the way.

The most wonderful dress I have ever had. So soft to the touch and beautiful. In fact, my sister asked for one here of a different color I used a card for the payment method. Delivery was good at my city post office.
