I ordered two dresses both ankle lenght, one is just below the knee and the other is badly sized. They look nothing like the pictures and quality is very poor. I ordered them 7th May and the arrived 23/07/20. If I want to return them I have to pay the postage. Never Again.

I have been waiting for my package for 11 weeks. I sent several e-mails to the customer service, and I got nice and reassuring answers ("Please, be a little patient, very sorry, blah-blah-blah...") but nothing had happened. I do not think it will ever be delivered.
