Disappointed with the very long wait for delivery plus when I received it nothing fit and the return policy is terrible a d I had to pay for return postage
I pray that they will refund my $73 that they were going to give me $7 to keep merchandise and no refund. Who does business like that.

Pictures of the back of the garments would be helpful.

Had trouble using Afterpay. Not sure why. Switched to Paypal, it went through. Was able to place my order, and have received my items.

It would be great if you stated what size the model was wearing. This from a man who takes a guess at the sizes. I got wrong sizes.

Based on each of 7 different tops I ordered, from L to 3X, were way too small for me to wear. All seven on the tops, which were exactly as pictured on the website, were not wearable because of being at least 2 to 4 sizes too small! If I ever order from this website again, and there were other tops that interested me, I shall "upsize" at least 2 to 4 sizes larger than my normal size (which is L).

My first order. It will be my last. Quality not good. Large size is really extra-large. Two shirts were not photographed to show all aspects of garments. Very disappointed.

I found your billing a little confusing. Also, money seemed to be deducted from my account before all the items I had ordered were shipped.

Your small sizes seem to be larger than expected. Otherwise, fine.

Also under "materials" not good enough to say "blended cotton. It needs to give the percentage of cotton and what other materials are used.

Website was easy to navigate, but waiting for the items I ordered was another thing entirely! It was easily over a month until I received my order - I didn't realize it would be held up in customs for so long until they released it out for delivery.

I've purchased clothing several times over the last year. I was happy with about 1/2 of the items received but will no longer do business with this company. They have no editing on their order app which allowed me to submit an order with a missing address thanks to computer autofill which I didn't catch. The packages made it to my city, but the post office immediately sent it back to their return address in Las Vegas. Justfashionnow will not allow for shipment back to China so they let the contents be destroyed and refuse to refund my cost. I admit I should have validated the address, but this has happened to me before and the other companys have contacted me before shipping to get the correct address. This company has no quality control in it's shipping department.

Greatly disappointed. Quality is not the best. Some of the necklines didn't fit me correctly. A couple of the tops didn't fit across the front correctly. The earrings were nice. I was very disappointed especially in the long dress. It looked so beautiful in the picture, but very cheap in person.

I was unhappy with both garments purchased. They did not fit (way too small on top), and fabric quality was poor. I tried to return them, and costs to ship back to China would have been over $100 (for a $35.00 purchase!). JustFashionNow refunded a small percentage of purchase price, and I lost out on the rest of the purchase price. This is very unsatisfactory. If it's going to cost me money to order from you, I definitely will not order again. I will not be doing any further purchasing from JustFashionNow.com.
