It's very hard to ‘continue shopping' where you left off once you place an order or view your cart. There should be a continue shopping option. I had to keep going back to menu.

Also the item material wasn't quite what I expected. When it said cotton blend, I expected more cotton feel. The items were more ‘acrylic, nylon' for my liking. I prefer cotton.

I ordered a 3x and it looks like a size Medium. Color not same as picture on internet. I'm very disappointed but too much of a hassle to return items back. I donated it to Goodwill‼

I ordered three items - 2 tops and 1 dress. All three run small. The dress is not like the one pictured - on the dress I received the graphics are pale, "smudged" yellow, instead distinct yellow roses.

I ordered on June 15 and received on Aug. 11... I don't think you want to use my description of my experience! Also not as nice as the photo!

Excited about my order but when it arrived I was disappointed because only 2 of the7 items fit. I wanted to exchange one of the items for a larger size but that process wasn't apparent. Also, I want to return the unwanted items but that process is not user friendly because of the time constraints. That needs to be revised.

I ordered this cute little dress on the left. I received the one on the right. Nothing like the one ordered. I had no luck with customer service because they said different people have different expectations and the dress is "correct." Not acceptable.

Just Received some of my items!
Sadly, disappointed in quality of fabrics used! Will certainly be more attentive to description of fabrics in future if I choose to order again. Perhaps a little more detail in this area would be helpful. Sadly I will be returning about half of my order due to poor fit.

The items I received were of poor quality, PLUS despite the fact that I did all the measurements, using the chart provided, they were ill fitting, and therefore unusable to me. I was offered a partial refund. I will not shop with JustFashionNow, in the fututure.

We bought three items from the JustFashionNow site a couple weeks ago. One of the dress has 6" visible open stitches on the right upper side of the dress. We took a photo and submitted to the site for return. The website customer service replied and declared it is not a defect and discouraged returning the dress. It claimed the high cost of return shipping must be paid by the customer. It offered 15% refund to resolve the issue. I would not buy from this website from now on due to the high return shipping cost and the poor quality control of the product. I think the site knows its cloth may have quality issue and try discouraging return or exchange with high return shipping cost and minimum percentage (15%) refund offer.

Had to figure it out since it was my first time ordering from you.

Garment received was very cheaply made, undersized, and not made of the fabric advertised. It was supposed to be linen, garment has "linen" tag, but I can assure you it is NOT LINEN, rather some cheap, non-breathing, and uncomfortable polyester engineered to masquerade as linen. And beware of the (non) return policy. Items must be returned to Guangzhou, China at buyer expense. Think about that, the return shipping costs would be far more than the value of the garment, and the time required to get the refund on the order of months. Save yourself money and aggravation, avoid these predators! I would give them zero stars if this website had that option.

Don't know yet. Hope that product is exactly as pictured.
