Navigating was slow ordering items, but I love the styles on your website. When I received my final delivery there were many duplicates I did not order but was billed for. Not too happy.

I loved all the pretty colors, unfortunately some are not nearly as bright as I expected. I kept most of my orders but am trying to return some that did not work for me. The return process is a pain... I seem to be going around in circles.

Ordering was easy. I don't like the dress and gave it to my friend to give to someone at her church. The price was good and the materials are great however.

I have ordered a number of items and none of them were as described plus the sizing is all wrong. Definitely will never place another order.

The description of several shirts I ordered was "Cotton Blend" but they were thin, cheap polyester. One shirt was obviously photoshopped on the website, and another one's neckline arrived ripped and several inches of stitching unsewn.

I followed the company's instructions to return them, enclosed photos of the damaged shirt and the one that was different from the website pictures, and got an email "offering" me 15% refund to keep the items instead of a full refund of purchase price. And I would have pay return shipping for the damaged item. They also stated I have to email them to request a return label AGAIN, after I already asked for one. They use the excuse of offering discounts without having to return items because - "Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China"

They state in their email "To help you to skip the complicated return steps. We are wondering if you can accept we offer you 15% to keep the item." Those "complicated return steps" are only complicated because they make them so.

American companies don't try to negotiate discounts instead of full refunds, nor do they have customers pay return shipping for a damaged item. If JUSTFASHIONNOW is going to do business in America, they should do business like American companies. Not doing so would ensure they would never get repeat customers and earn them a reputation for being unprofessional.

If you order from this company, be prepared to go through a hassle if you try to return items, and be prepared for the items you order NOT to look like the photos or to be as described.

Before I ordered I emailed JFN to check on returning items-would they go to a US address. They sent a very evasive answer, not that returns would need to be shipped China. I figured that the evasiveness meant overseas returns but the prices were so attractive I thought I would risk it. I ordered 6 items. Two dresses were great! The fabric wasn't the best but ok and the fit was good. Two of the tops were 'ok'. One is huge, the other tight (both mediums). I have a feeling the tight one will shrink in the wash and then be too small. The other 2 dresses are useless. Also both mediums and HUGE. One could be a tent and one could be a sack, and both are very, VERY cheap fabric-not worth trying to alter to fit well enough to wear.
The prices are attractive and things look good in pictures but I would advise to pay more elsewhere for quality and return-ability. JFN offered a partial refund on the items I wanted to return. I responded immediately (limited time offer) and no credit has appeared. Not money enough to get stressed out pursing-just shows the type of company they are. My advice is to stay away!

Hard to understand discount codes - so many different ones offered and then "free gift" didin't make sense. Go to Payment option worked only after 4th time of going back and trying again

Sizing not dependable. Two items, same size, are 4 inches different in measurement. Sizes are generally smaller than indicated. Could only use two of six items ordered. Takes too long to receive orders.
