The deliveries are always on schedule whenever I order from Justfashionnow. I can't remember any delayed order. I hope other shops should keep up with the efficiency Justfashionnow's system brings.

Very happy with all garments received. Size is perfect, communication was good and delivery was fast. Will certainly keep shopping with you.

Going through the catalog page by page is tedious. It would be nice to be able to see more items on a page. Thank you.

I had a difficult time figure out how to pay. No customer service and no way to return items. I will never order from this site again.

Fast and efficient

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size of one garment. I do not know if JustFashionNow will accept the return of the XL and send me one of the same style in S size

I have no problems with my shopping experience so far. I wear size 1 and have a very hard time finding clothes to fit, your size small is still too small for me

I ordered what was described as sweatshirts, but each was a long sleeved t-shirt. Some had only overlock on the bottom and around the end of the sleeves. Not at all what I was expecting.

I never ordered before love the merchandise all the tops are very nice and good material was very happy with the size very close to US

Delivery was an issue and your customer service dept basically told me it was my problem they weren't going to refund my $. So I had Better rectify it...
It took 2 days for me to receive the tracking number which I needed to retrieve package
Then your company sent an e mail stating I never responded to their emails which was totally false...
Your customer service dept is severely lacking and it made for a horriffic experience

My experience was not at all good. The dresses I got were nothing like advertised. Very thin cheap material and not made to normal sizing. I lost money because it was not the policy to give full refund. Worst experience ever.

So far so good. Just hope everything arrives in time as ordered.

I placed an order for several items. These arrived in due course. I had left several items in my cart which I didn`t want at the time. These items arrived in 3 different deliveries.

So many items to choose from. Very difficult to make my final choices. Was very confused what my subtotal was supposed to be. At first it said $125, but when I went to check out it said $182. So I did appreciate the discounts.

I ordered the dresses two sizes larger than I usually wear because of the sizing chart. However they were still too small.

I wished to return two of four items (one of which I already have). First the online directions were unclear. Then I got a customer service rep to complete the first part of the process, with a prmise to follow up with the rest of the process in two days. No email.

I won't be ordering from you again. Very disappointed.
