I like the ease of online shopping. This top caught my attention so I thought why not try this top and see if I like this.
Sizing hard to estimate in US sizes. The dress in cm had to be converted to inches, and then the size didn't match the "USA sizes." Neither dress fit. It's very hard and time consuming to try to communicate with seller and to return a product. I kept one blouse and returned two dresses. I have not yet been informed of the arrival of my second return, but I assume it's been received by now. I look forward to seeing that I've been reimbursed for my costs. I shouldered the delivery cost, which was considerable.
Having to wait almost a full month for my order to be delivered is unacceptable for me. I love the shoes they are all I hoped they would be, but I would probably not order from you again due to the delay in delivery and the difficulty in navigating your web site to track my order. It was a partial order I received. It took so long to receive the order that I forgot what I had ordered. I felt the quality was average.
Only problem was being able to look at choices in color etc of what I want. The transaction would not occur.
I found what I wanted and checkout was easy.
The patriotic shirt I purchased fit me beautifully and I had compliments on it.
The other ones I ordered were for my daughter. She also liked them, but has not warn them yet.
I am usually very satisfied with the colorful tops that I buy on JustFashionNow. Sometimes the material is a bit different than what I expected or the colors were different since computers/laptops might show it a bit differently than real life, but overall my experience has been good.
My tops are always too long so it would be nice if there were petite sizes. I am 5"2 and the tops are for a woman of at least 5'6 or more.
Your site was easy to get around on. I am looking forward to getting the tops.

Getting the free shipping to apply it was complicated but finally i got it
THE JFN DOESN'T HAVE CANCELLATION IN PLACE WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER WANT TO CANCEL YOU CAN NOT! The customer service email team has no idea that policy doesn't exist on cancellation! They are telling a lie they did not tried to cancel it but it shipped out already is a lie! I placed my order and 1 hr later I put in a request to cancel because of the high shipping prices! I had to receive the cancelled items and payed $11.95 to ship it back to a California return address you finally gave to me. Very unfriendly to customers!

Answer: DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY! Read the reviews and be aware that many people, including me, have been sent sub-standard items & had little or no luck in getting money refunded. They are a company who do not supply goods as described in the adverts. Stay away from Justfashion. Just saying!
Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
