I was looking for a shoe for my daughter for her wedding. Her feet hurt in flats, so this looked like it would be a good choice. The shoes arrived and they fit, but the insole was so hard, like walking on pavement. I ended up giving them to Goodwill. I ordered a light green top after this experience and it was beautiful, so I plan to order again, just not shoes.

I always find items that I love, prices are great, fabrics are easy care, service is good, returns are easy and the free shipping is always nice to have.
So far service and quality of merchandise is excellent. I haven't succeeded at a return yet. I never got my 48 hr. Email telling me where to return the package.

Have bought before and know the quality and design of certain patterns are not good. Like about half of what I bought before. Learning what to buy. Still choose wrong. The picture are deceiving and size charts are off. Closes were big in wrong places. The dresses like like they fit but are way bigger below the bust. No way to alter them to fit. Cute styles and patterns just need to look more closely at the details and cut of the dresses.

Too Long, I ordered 4 tops and 1 dress back on May 12,2023 and as of today June 14,2023 I have only received 1 dress that was ok and 1 top that I am not happy with. The top is too long, too big and I do not like the material, too heavy and thick for summer.

Sadly, I received poor customer service.
Just Fashion Now not quick or motivated to put the situation right
Lots of fashion forward choices, colours and sizes. Order was easy and delivery was reasonable.

Placing the order was easy. Shipping seems slow but always comes with the products carefully packaged.
I find your sizing not as accurate as could be even after measuring before ordering.
No rush, can leave the computer and come back. Only problem is in the sizing. Many things I have ordered and measured before I ordered, did not fit. Mostly too large.
My only complaint is that you send me emails each and every day. Sometimes I open my computer and there could be 12 to 14 from you. Way to many. I order when I want to, not when you urge me to.
I received my items in a timely manner and everything I ordered was lovely. Some items did not fit, my error not yours, but I'm not sure how to send them back, so friends are enjoying them. My only complaint, and I have emailed you this before, is that I am getting 6, 7, 8 emails per DAY from your folks. WAY TOO Many! One will do.

Answer: Because you get lured in by deals and don't read reviews. My loss too, glad I never ordered more items - I think this company is a fraud, or unable to cope with plain business, shouldn't be allowed to operate at this level

Answer: DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY! Read the reviews and be aware that many people, including me, have been sent sub-standard items & had little or no luck in getting money refunded. They are a company who do not supply goods as described in the adverts. Stay away from Justfashion. Just saying!
Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
