Disappointed in quality and also I thought the sleeves were longer based on pictures. I pr ever clothes made in the USA.

Easy to follow especially if a mistake is made it is easy to rectify it.

It was good except one of the blouses is the wrong size.

I ordered 11 tops. Shipping took two weeks. Several items were not as described on the website so I asked for a return authorization. First step was to send them pictures of the items I wanted to return. After two days they approved the return and sent me the following: "the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees)" to China. Followed by: "Since International returns might result in long waiting times and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue". After this dose of reality I chose to accept their offer of a 15% refund of the value of the items I wanted to return. Not the ideal situation considering all the issues with their merchandise, but I didn't need this giant hassle to return something to China. One item was advertised as embroidered; it was not. It was a print copy of an embroidery. Another item had a panel that was a different color than the rest of the top, yet it was shown as being the same color. One blouse had a pattern that was quite a bit different than shown. Most everything I bought was advertised as cotton or cotton blend. Nothing was cotton per se, but more likely a rayon blend, which is still soft and comfortable, but not quite as cool. I gave away one item and have to alter two others. Because everything was so cheap, it didn't sting as much as it could have. From now on, I will stick to shopping on US based online retailers. You get what you pay for!

The top that arrived was too small, though I used their measurement chart. Also, the real top did not look like the fabric in the photo. When I wanted to return it, I was told I could but it would cost so much to send it back that it wouldn't be worth it. I decided not to bother and not to shop with them again.

I waited with no infomation that item was on back order and I had an event for which I had ordered it. And, fabric content not well described. Disappointing service.

Clothes were fine. Size chart not accurate. Ran small.

Easy browse, very friendly. I always enjoy shopping here. The app ins not that good. The web page is better.

I chose items that looked good but it took a long time to get to me and then one of the items was too small. The dress was too small and the cost to send it back made me decide to accept a very small reimbursement and I donated the dress to charity. If I ever decide to shop with you, I'll be sure to select items that are one-size-fits all.

Trouble checking out, as my normal credit card would not accept a charge from the UK. Had to use an alternate card, but otherwise things were okay.

I love the beautiful designs and patterns that are offered, but was a little disappointed in the quality of the fabric. I would have liked a heavier cotton polyester type of fabric, but it is more of a light silky material which in some cases I will need to wear a camisole underneath so as not to show through to my under garments. Still like, but wish just a little heavier. The order likewise took a long time to arrive.

I am giving a 3 since the sizes were not true to fit and the items were more of a polyester blend.

Everything was received in good condition. All looks good and happy so far with fit. Haven't worn all items yet.

Your website could use some upgrades in technology. Also, would be helpful to see the clothes with views "from the back" on these things as well; all your shots are from the front.

All three tops I ordered were an XL and all three tops were different sizes. Two I could wear but the third on was so small I had to give it away to my girlfriend. I knew it would fit her she wears a small. I won't be reordering again because it would cost to much to send back to China.

Very good, so simple to place my order, but not with the experience that when i went to return it to another It was way to expensive and i thought it was coming from the usa. County and not the usa and was not told that in the beginning. I will not order ever again.

The clothes are great. Make sure you look at size charts before ordering because they are different for each piece. Order up when you can - better to take in than too small.

Your sizes run small. Also, I prefer cotton to a blend.
