Terrific bargains and beautiful choices, not the drab clothes in other sites in my size

When I wanted to go back to the main page after looking at an item, it would have been nice if the program could have taken me back to the item, rather than just the top of the page.

So much to choose from, great styles great service and it arrived in no time

I feel like I was misled and cheated by this company's return policy. After receiving my order, I wanted to return a couple of items. I followed the directions for doing that. Here is the email response I got from JustFashionNow:

Sorry that you are not satisfied with the item(s).
Please note that customers must respond to every email within 7 days. If not, we will close this case after the aforementioned deadline.
Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China.
According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees). Your refund will be processed after our return center receives and inspects the return package.
Since International returns might result in long waiting times and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue.
We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund 【for the item(s) in question as compensation】 instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth.
If you still want to return the package, you should email us for a return label within 7 days, the aforementioned deadline.

Poor quality products no where near what they looked like on website.

Tops did not fit as expected nor did they look like the picture.

So far, excellent. Waiting to see quality of product.

I purchased three items however two did not fit and wanted to exchange style of the third. Was told that due to cost of return was offered 15% to return. One dress was not going to get anything back so just decided to take refund offered. I received $6.00 back and I spent $67.00 something is wrong here

Your products are terrible quality and sizing is not American standards

I have washed several by hand as fabric is thin. I didn't want to put them in the machine.

Jumper was nothing as it looked in picture & all out of shape. I put it in a charity bin. I was given $4.50 off the jumper & still payed $27.90.

I love the colors and designs of all these clothes... but they weren't for me. A few things were but the XL were too small for me. The others were for my kids and they didn't like, or fit, any of them unfortuately

I based my sizing on the available sizing charts and only a third of the items fit. The fabrics were a poor quality and the workmanship so low quality. Kudos to their photographers for making these cheap items look nice. Returns was ridiculous. The first contact suggested a 15% refund if I didn't want to wait and pay for shipment back to China. No return center in the US, what a scam. By the end of the negotiations which took over a week, I will get 40% back within a week or 2 and I'm throwing these sub-par garments in the trash because I would never wear such cheap clothing.
