Payment is taken out of your account weeks before items are shipped. There are no shipping updates to relieve the stress the customer feels. I didn't like having to run down to my mailbox wondering if today is the day my shipment arrives.
I rec'd. My order in separate shipments. One top did not come in the color I had expected and I won't accept that it's a difference in monitors. I ordered pink and received a dusty salmon/flesh color. If I saw this in real life, I would not have chosen it. Then the 2nd top arrived and it was so cheaply made with cheap material and threads hanging everywhere from shoddy sewing. I will never order from this company again.

The item that was pictured and I ordered was not at all what I received! The pictured item was a coat that looked like it was looped wool with embroidery. The coat I received was not a coat at all! It was more like a bath robe that was made out of flat polyester- not wool or textured appearance at all! It's horrible. And now I can't return it because I have to return it to China. Or I can only receive a credit of $7.50 when I paid almost $50. Such false advertising. I will never order from JFN again. I can not trust that the product you advertise is actually what I will receive.
This website is better than having to go to a department store. Fast delivery even in times of COVID, the clothes arrived earlier than expected. Very satisfied with my first purchase.

Instead I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the fabric, the sewing details, and I did NOT try anything on. I could tell instantly that I did not like anything. I am returning everything! It has been a HUGE waste of my time. I will NOT ever order again. Kindly remove me from any further on line advertising. But your survey of customer satisfaction is superb. Three of the four items I ordered did not fit. When I inquired about returning them I was offered a 15% refund to keep them and have them altered. At first I just wanted to return them but they must be returned to China and there is a very short time frame to do that. So then I told them that if the 15% offer was still valid, I would take that, keep the clothes and give them to someone who could wear them. The company never responded. I will never buy anything from them again.

Answer: DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY! Read the reviews and be aware that many people, including me, have been sent sub-standard items & had little or no luck in getting money refunded. They are a company who do not supply goods as described in the adverts. Stay away from Justfashion. Just saying!
Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
